Cannot find subscripton in my Developer Dashboard
Greetings, I ma starting off as a Unity VR Developer and am situated from Nepal. I am trying to enable subscription in the Platform Services. However, there isn't a Subscription option in the All Platform Services section. I have updated my payout information and have just created a sample app as of now. The IAPs are enabled. No builds are pushed either. Is there something I need to do in order to enable Subscription in the developer dashboard?2.2KViews2likes2CommentsAfter V56 "Unknown Sources" tab is missing
I have a Developer's account "verified" with my ID and business name. I have developer's mode turned on, in the Quest app and the quest 2. Yet the "unknown sources" tab is gone after v56 installed and therefore I cannot test/run any non library software. My apps are installed because I can see it them in the files app. but no way of executing/running it. Has anyone solved this? How to turn on the "unknown sources" tab under the app library. There used to be an export button for In-App Purchases, on both the overall revenue and bundle details. I use this data for our company to break down statistics down on a PowerBI dashboard, but since it disappeared I am out of luck. Is this a permanent change? Is this a temporary removal? I have created two tickets in which they both got a response saying they were assigned to Oculus Submissions Team. It's been 2 months already and I haven’t received a response back. With a Test User account, we had the ability revoke IAP allowing us to properly test out the feature for our projects. This feature has since disappeared and for testing purpose, it feels like I need to reset my device with a new account if I want to test a fail state and a pass state. Hi, I have an Oculus Quest and a dev account with a product. I am unable to remove my own email from any custom beta channel through the developer dashboard in the manage builds section. I get the following error "There was a problem with this request. We're working on getting it fixed as soon as we can. Unknown / Invalid Email Address" If you could help me that would be great. There doesn't seem to show anything in the inspector and I actively used this email address so that error is incorrect. Thanks, Sam666Views0likes0Comments
