Quest3 Elite Strap with Battery back screw loose
Hello, I haven´t use too much my Quest3, and the head support felt loose, so I checked, and that tiny screw was out, and I have to disassemble the plastic support to be able to screw it back, does anyone know how to do it? do I have to send it back to Oculus? Thank you very much !
Elite Strap broken
Hi. My elite strap have broken in two places. I made a ticket to Oculus back in March but after sending all my contact details there have been no response from Oculus. This is really bad customer service and I cant use my elite strap of fear of it snapping completely off... Anyone still waiting on a response from Oculus on this issue?
Quest 2 Elite Strap Availability.
I ordered the Quest 2 Elite strap with a battery pack when I ordered my Quest 2. I know there were delays because of issues with the product. My original order was backlogged and I was content with waiting. I recently checked my order status about a week ago and my order was cancelled without any notification to me. So now I'm stuck checking my email for updates for when the product goes back in stock. Only for it to sell out in less then an hour when it does. Can you guys please create some sort of queue system. Or create a priority order for those that already purchased it.
