I've been using Quest + Link almost since release and it has been working just fine but now all of a sudden it has stopped working. It says on the oculus client that my Quest is active and ready to go. I put on the headset and enable oculus link. When I do that my screen goes black and then I'm stuck on an infinite loading screen. All I can see are the three moving dots and nothing else. I've tried reinstalling, repairing and restarting the oculus software but nothing has worked. Any help would be greatSolved230KViews15likes38CommentsKnown Issue - V65 - V67 USB-C Debris/Water Warning

VRChat for some reason keeps giving me that error and it won't load after that. I can't even press the "Okay" button. Is this an issue that many people are experiencing, or is it just me? The error then proceeds by saying that I need to use a PC and a cable to play VRChat with quest link. I've done that and I can play it, but the point is that I want to play VRChat without my PC so I can play anywhere, and this error keeps blocking me from doing that. Is there a fix to this issue? if so how? (I've tried reinstalling, using my phone hotspot, restarting the device)Solved61KViews4likes63CommentsQuest 3 - Liquid & Debris Error
Got the Quest 3 ten days ago. I've gotten warnings about USB-port containing some debris or liquid, when unplugging or plugging the USB-cable to Quest 3. This has also happened when I power up the headset with its power button. It is a popup window with this warning message. I have no idea if this is software or hardware issue. I got this message first time when I booted the headset for the very first time and plugged the USB-cable to headset. There is obviously no liquid damage or visible debris in the USB port, the device charges OK, I've charged the headset maybe 2 to 3 times, and today I again got a warning when I pressed the power button and the headset booted.Solved43KViews19likes17CommentsBug in latest Quest 2 Os Version, createScreenCaptureIntent not working

I am trying to build my VR (Quest 2) library by adding Steam VR games. Unfortunately, these games require a USB cable or 'air link' to run. I prefer the cable, so I bought a good quality - active - USB 3.x cable to connect my Quest 2 to my Windows 11 PC. Normally my procedure for playing a 'tethered' VR game on my quest 2 is this: 1. Plug the cable into my PC's USB 3.2 port and to the Quest 2. 1a) Power up the Quest 2 and wait it to boot up. 2. Start the Oculus app on the Windows 11 PC. Check that it recognized the Quest 2 headset 3. Start Steam. Select the VR game I want to play, then hit Play. 4. Put on Quest 2 headset. I see the game starting, but somewhere during game play, everything goes blank and I get the message 'pc disconnected'. So the first thing I did was to place the velcro cable management strap over the Quest 2 band so that it keeps the USB C cable in place. The connection feels good, and wiggling it during game play (when PC link is working) does not disconnect. The spontaneous disconnect appears to be a software/firmware glitch, and not a connector issue. It has occurred in multiple Steam VR games. I tried a Google search, and saw something about an alternate connection driver, but I wasn't in the mood to fiddle with the PC - I just wanted to enjoy some VR! Is there an alternate to Oculus Windows app when playing Steam VR games on the Quest 2? I'm stuck on the "Pair your headset with the Meta Quest app to continue." step during the Meta Quest 3 setup. The smartphone app tells me to "Allow permissions", which I have already done. I have "Use precise location" enabled as well. Pressing the blue "Continue" button does nothing. The Meta Quest 3 button is greyed out. I have a code displayed in the headset that I'm supposed to input somewhere in this app. What do I do? My Meta Quest app is up to date. I have already installed all system updates on my smartphone. My smartphone and Meta Quest 3 are on the same WiFi network. See screenshots:Solved21KViews1like9Comments
