PC VR / Rift
I purchased a Rift S–compatible title. The order is completed and visible in my account, but the PC VR entitlement was not granted. The app does not appear in my Meta Quest Link desktop library and never attempts to download. This is not a hardware issue. Please regrant or refresh the PC entitlement for this purchase. The game in question Real VR Fishing lists Rift S as compatible.
Oculus 2 not showing on account
My son is playing on his Oculus as I am typing this, logged into his account, playing his games. However, he bought a game that is not compatible with his Oculus (I am Security). So I am trying to arrange a refund for the purchase, but when we click "refund" it says there are no devices on this account!!! How do we get past this as the website wont even let me add his device onto the account. Thank you in advance for any help/guidance.
