Willkommensbonus – geht das nur mir so?
Hallo zusammen, ich bin seit Kurzem neuer Meta-Quest-3-Nutzer und wollte mal in die Runde fragen, wie eure Erfahrungen als Neukunden waren. Ich habe mir vor Kurzem eine Quest 3 gekauft und seitdem bereits über 100 € für Spiele und Zubehör im Meta Quest Store ausgegeben, weil mir das Spielerlebnis wirklich richtig gut gefällt. Besonders das gemeinsame Spielen begeistert mich so sehr, dass ich aktuell sogar darüber nachdenke, mir eine zweite Quest 3 zu holen, um gemeinsam mit meinem Sohn spielen zu können. Was mich allerdings etwas überrascht hat: Ich habe bislang keinerlei Willkommensvorteile erhalten – keinen Testmonat für Meta Quest+, keinen Gutschein, keinen kleinen Rabatt oder Ähnliches. Mir ist klar, dass es darauf keinen Anspruch gibt, aber bei einer Hardware-Investition in dieser Größenordnung (erst recht, wenn man perspektivisch zwei Geräte kauft) hätte ich zumindest ein kleines Einstiegsangebot erwartet. Mich würde interessieren: Ging das nur mir so oder hatten andere Neukunden ähnliche Erfahrungen? Gab es bei euch Willkommensangebote – automatisch oder erst nach Nachfrage? Findet ihr, Meta sollte Neukunden hier etwas stärker abholen? Ich frage das ausdrücklich konstruktiv, weil mir die Plattform wirklich Spaß macht und ich sie gern langfristig nutzen möchte. Gerade für Familien- und Multiplayer-Setups wäre ein kleiner Anreiz am Anfang aus meiner Sicht ein starkes Signal. Bin gespannt auf eure Erfahrungen und Meinungen. Viele Grüße
Unable to use Quest Cash or add any credit cards
Hello! I am CrimsonWinterr, and I would like to share how I cannot add any credit cards (I have none on my Quest account as of now.) nor use my Quest Cash. It says to file an appeal, but it doesn’t send an e-Mail to file one, whenever many sources say it should. It says it is for my own security- when it is on my account, on my headset? This is unbelievable. It does not say there is one single strike to my account that prevents me from doing so! Please fix this instantly if you read this, Meta.Virtual Purchase Not Provided
Re: Hardy World Spades 2K25 and creator HardyWest; HORIZON WORLDS On July 6, 2022, I purchased his original chair, The Throne. It is the most expensive chair currently sells. When I come to play, I am not able to choose this chair and instead assigned a different chair. I cannot reach HardyWest because he has me blocked for reasons unknown. Regardless, I want what I paid for especially because other community members who purchased in 2022 have theirs. This is evolving into a legal matter and I need to connect with someone to rectify the issue before filing a complaint.
Bobber Bay shop not working
I've been trying to get the purchase screen in the shop to pop up but have yet to get it to work. I've been playing the game for about a week and have caught most of the fish at Bobber bay but can't access the store to buy anything. Anyone know of a way to get past this? I see it's been an issue for some time now and I know it works for some people.B&S Nomad stuck on 54% “LootConfig”
I noticed characters had started spawning invisible, but the weapons were still there. I could still attack but I couldn’t see them. I deleted some mods and it didn’t work. I deleted all my mods and they were still invisible. I tried uninstalling and re-installing but now the game won’t even load to the start screen. It just gets stuck at “LootConfig” at 54%. I’ve tried clearing app data, removing and reinstalling, and even turning off cloud backup and attempting to reinstall. I love playing this game and it’s frustrating. Any advice regarding this? I’ve tried all but factory resetting my headset, which I’ll do if needed, but if anyone has additional suggestions I’m open to em. Thank yall in advance!About communities and "limits"
So after getting a chat restriction 2 days ago it's now lifted or has been I have left all of my old groups or communities if you call them that and when I tried to join new ones it wouldn't let me it said that I had reached a quote limit it shows in my meta Quest app in my community's tab that I have no communities joint at all but when I go back to my old communities meaning I look at the users that are in there for every single group that I left shows my username still in there.
Gorilla Tag- Toxic Reporting System and Unfair Bans
*THINK TWICE ABOUT SPENDING MONEY IN THIS GAME* Sadly this game has an aggressive banning system that's driven by a toxic in game reporting system overrun by a bunch of children less than ten years old. They will happily report you en mass for cheating/modding when they have no idea what modding actually is. The system for appealing bans is so convoluted that it's not even worth wasting your time trying, it involves talking to bots on Discord sending you around in circles wasting huge amounts of your time and getting nowhere. It would be impossible for anybody to appeal a ban that isn't technically savvy with this type of stuff. I would strongly advise anybody playing this game to think twice about spending money in it. It's infuriating when you have spent money in the game and end up getting banned for 'Cheating' when you are an honest paying customer. Same thing will happen if you buy Shiny Rocks for your kids, they will get banned and be unable to play the game that you spent money on simply because of a bunch of children are obsessed with this in game toxic reporting system. The bans are aggressive and increase in time exponentially quickly leading to permanent I.P. bans losing all the in game items that you spent good honest money on. If you appeal to Meta about it they will be super nice and understanding but the ultimately have to send you in the direction of the moderators of the game, good luck even getting to speak to a human.... I would say just play for free then you have nothing to lose.Unable to buy anything
Anytime I try to buy something, the same message always pops up, Request Not Completed We noticed something unusual and, for your security, this request couldn't be completed. Please try again later, or visit our Help Center. This has been popping up for the past seven months and it’s starting to tick me off because I have missed out on many deals and such. Even when I prove that it’s me it still pops up with the same message. I don’t know what to do anymore so can someone please help me.
