Game Gift Card button missing
I’m dealing with a persistent issue with one of the games on my Meta Quest account – The Walking Dead. When I click the “Więcej” (“More”) button, the key icon that should allow me to redeem the full game code simply doesn’t appear. I’ve already provided clear evidence in my native language UI to Meta Support, but they are not cooperating or offering a solution. I’m requesting that my demo account be cleared or that the cached data marking the demo as “played” be removed. This problem has been reported by other users on Reddit, yet it still hasn’t been addressed by Meta. The button is still missing in those games, whereas the other has it Moreover, when I have entered game page without logging into account, the button appears (I have tried to click it and then logging in, but the issue still prevents me to paste the game gift code) Has anyone here managed to work around this issue and successfully redeem a game code after playing the demo? Any help would be appreciated

I recently just bought the game after watching The Walking Dead, one of my now new favorite shows. I was very excited to play the game, as it downloaded pretty quickly. I decided I should play the tutorial, so I did, and I got through with no issues whatsoever. Until I actually started the game. The game opens up with a scene with an old man and a campfire. He says his lines, but then the game crashes. At first, I though it was part of the game, since it was just a black screen, but I realized the game was no longer running. I tried it a few more times, and decided to look it up. I see a lot of people who have the same issue I’m having, but none are getting any help. I decided that I’d just uninstall the game, wait a little bit, and reinstall it. After it was done, I got back in, and it happened once more. I uninstalled, this time, RESTARTED my headset. I reinstalled it afterwards, and the issue persisted. I’m lost. I’m sure I’m missing something, but I don't have a clue on what it is. Bobber bay fishing glitch
I have been playing bobber bay fishing for a bit and each time I go to store to buy something, it won't show the information on the store screen and I can't buy anything. I click on an item and nothing comes up for information on item. I can not buy anything in there. The players that where on last night where having the same issue. I have uninstalled horizon world and bobber bay fishing several times to see if that changes anything, with no luck. I need help. Not sure where to report this.
Bobber Bay shop not working
I've been trying to get the purchase screen in the shop to pop up but have yet to get it to work. I've been playing the game for about a week and have caught most of the fish at Bobber bay but can't access the store to buy anything. Anyone know of a way to get past this? I see it's been an issue for some time now and I know it works for some people.

Does Meta provide any built-in APIs or services for bug/feedback reporting? If not, are there any third-party SDKs (like for in-app bug reporting, crash logging, or feedback collection) that work well with Quest apps? Any guidance or resources would be really helpful.
