Bobber bay fishing glitch
I have been playing bobber bay fishing for a bit and each time I go to store to buy something, it won't show the information on the store screen and I can't buy anything. I click on an item and nothing comes up for information on item. I can not buy anything in there. The players that where on last night where having the same issue. I have uninstalled horizon world and bobber bay fishing several times to see if that changes anything, with no luck. I need help. Not sure where to report this.
Bobber Bay shop not working
I've been trying to get the purchase screen in the shop to pop up but have yet to get it to work. I've been playing the game for about a week and have caught most of the fish at Bobber bay but can't access the store to buy anything. Anyone know of a way to get past this? I see it's been an issue for some time now and I know it works for some people.

I recently just bought the game after watching The Walking Dead, one of my now new favorite shows. I was very excited to play the game, as it downloaded pretty quickly. I decided I should play the tutorial, so I did, and I got through with no issues whatsoever. Until I actually started the game. The game opens up with a scene with an old man and a campfire. He says his lines, but then the game crashes. At first, I though it was part of the game, since it was just a black screen, but I realized the game was no longer running. I tried it a few more times, and decided to look it up. I see a lot of people who have the same issue I’m having, but none are getting any help. I decided that I’d just uninstall the game, wait a little bit, and reinstall it. After it was done, I got back in, and it happened once more. I uninstalled, this time, RESTARTED my headset. I reinstalled it afterwards, and the issue persisted. I’m lost. I’m sure I’m missing something, but I don't have a clue on what it is. I spent over $30 on a game based on a show I love, and am not willing to give it up. Please help!

This game is exactly the type I like. I've been reading older reviews of people really liking the game except it became virtually unplayable due to low memory crashes that might have been caused by a Quest update as earlier reviews were fine. Bobber Bay Fishing VR - Trash
I've been playing this game for a couple months, and now I'm sick of the bugs. The biggest is the inability to purchase anything but the occasional shrimp bait. I've racked up almost 150K BB Bucks, and have ZERO way to purchase anything. The same applies to the Grotto. I can't buy dynamite to get the gators, nor can I get a net to catch the reptiles. The next bug, is the boat that takes you out to the swordfish. Half the time comes into the dock (as it should), the rest of the time, the boat just drives on by staying about 15' from the dock, so there's no way to get on it. And if you somehow can, it doesn't stop to let you fish! The bell 'ding ding's' and just keeps on moving. If I try to play on mobile, it's like I've started all over. I have no BB Bucks, no record of the fish I've caught, or anything! I don't see the point in continuing to play if the creator can't put forth effort to fix what I first thought was an amazing game.
