Im experiencing many problems
she like my other thingies I’ve been trying to do some stuff with the login to verification through my other account, but it’s not working and the help. I’m not that I’m getting isn’t being helpful whatsoever. Whenever I try to do the serial number for some other phone support it says cannot give support to this device or whatever it says, and this is really frustrating considering that I did the controller One and I did the one on the head strap, but yet none of them work. I need to I think either removed to set verification temporarily so that I can log into my Meta account my original Meta account my main account or I need to do a reset my data so I can like actually use SMS authentication app and recovery code codes recovery codes. I have no clue have access them with Meta but I know how to do it through face book. I DONT WANT A MODERATOR TO HELP I NEED A META EMPLOYEE TO HELP OR SMTH
Oculus Quest 2 Battery Not Charging and Stuck in Boot Loop
"I haven't used my VR headset for a long time. When I tried to turn it on, it didn’t work, so I assumed the battery was dead and plugged it in to charge. It’s been charging for hours, but the indicator light remains red. Every minute, the light turns white, the VR shows the startup symbol, and then it displays a 'Shutting Down' message and either shuts off or tries to shut off but gets stuck in a loop. The battery isn’t charging at all. What could be the exact issue?"
