Game Gift Card button missing
I’m dealing with a persistent issue with one of the games on my Meta Quest account – The Walking Dead. When I click the “Więcej” (“More”) button, the key icon that should allow me to redeem the full game code simply doesn’t appear. I’ve already provided clear evidence in my native language UI to Meta Support, but they are not cooperating or offering a solution. I’m requesting that my demo account be cleared or that the cached data marking the demo as “played” be removed. This problem has been reported by other users on Reddit, yet it still hasn’t been addressed by Meta. The button is still missing in those games, whereas the other has it Moreover, when I have entered game page without logging into account, the button appears (I have tried to click it and then logging in, but the issue still prevents me to paste the game gift code) Has anyone here managed to work around this issue and successfully redeem a game code after playing the demo? Any help would be appreciated35Views0likes2CommentsTechnical Issue with UbiSim Application on Oculus Quest 3S — Persistent Black Screen After Scenario
Dear Meta Support Team, I am writing to report a technical issue encountered while using the Oculus Quest 3S with the UbiSim application, which is widely used for nursing and medical simulation training. During the first use of the application, everything functions normally — I can log in, enter the virtual environment, and run the scenario without any problems. However, once the scenario ends and I return to the main environment, the headset displays only a black screen. I have already attempted several troubleshooting steps: • Uninstalled and reinstalled the UbiSim application multiple times • Performed a factory reset of the headset • Tested on multiple devices (Oculus Quest 3, Quest 2, and Quest 3S) Unfortunately, the issue persists across all devices. I have also contacted the UbiSim support team, and they have confirmed that their application is working properly in other regions worldwide and that no similar issue has been reported. They suggested that this problem may be related to the Meta device software or firmware, and recommended that I reach out to you directly for assistance. Could you please investigate whether there might be a firmware compatibility, regional restriction, or software-level issue affecting the UbiSim application on the Quest 3S? Any guidance or diagnostic steps from your side would be greatly appreciated.46Views0likes1CommentMost Recent Software Update Issues
I installed the most recent software update on my Meta Quest 2 headset. The confusing and frustrating issue I encountered was that several worlds were automatically installed into storage and saved in my library without my authorization. This occurred immediately after I completed the software update. The prompt in the Worlds section of the library says something along the lines of “The Worlds you save can be found here” or “The Worlds you save are found here.” (Note: I have never seen, played, nor saved those worlds.) The final line of the prompt states, “You can remove them whenever you want.” However, after reading the prompt, I found no option to remove these worlds from the library. Another issue I experienced after this update is that, according to both the Meta Horizon app and my Quest 2, there appears to be a game listed as if I had purchased it—when, in fact, I did not. The purchase was made without my permission or authorization. This game has remained in my account for about a year since the issue first occurred, and there is still no option to permanently erase it from my account, my Quest 2’s storage, or the Meta Horizon app’s purchase records. This situation has made me feel uncomfortable and concerned about my account’s privacy and security. It seems to have been an unauthorized purchase possibly caused by a software issue at the time; furthermore, the problem still persists. One suggestion I would like to share is that for any free game, app, or world that is unused or deemed irrelevant or uninteresting to the user, there should be an option to erase it from the user’s account in the Meta Horizon app, which would then sync to Meta Quest headsets. From my perspective, this feature could improve personalized ads and content feeds within the app and the headsets, based on the data they collect. Consequently, this could enhance user satisfaction by providing more relevant and engaging content that the user genuinely enjoys.54Views0likes1CommentAdding more concerts, discussions, advices app
