Is there a way I can fix this "Request Not Completed" issue on the meta store?
I currently bought a meta quest 3s a few days ago, and then I tried to buy some games just to realized it wasn't processing the purchase but rather would show an notification that says "Request Not Completed We noticed something unusual and, for your security, this request couldn't be completed. Please try again later, or visit our Help Center." I've contacted their customer service but still hasn't got anything that solved my issue with this, is there anyone here who got a solution for this? I would appreciate it
Oculus Rift S Headset stays black after years of it working
My headset randomly stopped working one day and I've tried everything to get it to work. I've reinstalled the software, I've updated my graphics drivers, I've plugged it into different ports, and still nothing. I tried asking for help on the support page but for some reason, my serial number for my product isn't recognized. Can someone help me please?
New Quest 3 locked on software update, impossible to fix.
Hi guys, I bought my first Quest 3 today. When I turned it on, it started a software update but it gets stuck there — the device keeps turning on and off without completing the update, and I can’t get past that screen. I haven’t even set up my Meta Horizon account yet, and since I didn’t purchase my Quest 3 through the official Meta store, when I try to enter my device’s serial number on the website it gives me an error. I tried doing the sideload update (the only fix I found on the internet) by holding the volume down and power buttons on the Quest 3. But when I select my device in the browser, I get a message saying: “your device is not supported, please try reconnecting your devices.” Weird cause both my PC and Chrome are detecting it as Quest 3. I also tried disabling adblock, deleting caché and cookies, incognito mode, other browsers, other PCs, other cables, connecting it on different times, etc. There is not a single thing I haven't tried. (Every single one of these attempts were done while having 50% battery. There’s nothing else I can do, literally — I’ve already tried factory reset several times as well. Do I need to return my device? I'm submitting this post so support can help me. I'm quite desperate, I don't see my issue anywhere on google and I spoke to support via Whatsapp and everything they told me to try, I already had.Meta Quest Link / Air Link Stuck on 3 Dots (No Video): Advanced Fixes Needed
We are still dealing with one of the most persistent and frustrating bugs in the Quest Link ecosystem. I am making this post because the endless "three-dot loading screen" issue is still happening to users for days, weeks, or even months, and there has been no effective, consistent fix provided by Meta. The problem: My Meta Quest headset successfully connects to the PC app, which reports "Connected," but the headset itself gets stuck on the black screen with the three pulsing white dots indefinitely. I can often hear the PC audio, but I receive absolutely no video feed. This bug makes PC VR unusable. I have tried almost every known solution to fix this, including all standard and many advanced troubleshooting steps.

Like a million others I cant reach link service for god knows why, I just bought this CV1 From a guy for 40 bucks to get back into vr and I cant even use it. QWAVE is fine, I dumped the Localdata folder, Give me some esoteric knowledge so i can get back to doing what I enjoy. <3Age restrictions. I am over the age of 18.
Age restrictions. I am over the age of 18. For some reason meta will not let me join "Meta World Hardy Spades" it's showing an error message of "You can't visit this world It's rated ages 18+, so you won't be able to visit until you turn 18." I contacted meta and tried to reapply my birth date. It's still not working. Also the meta help is showing an error. The only way I could contact them is through web browser
