Gen 2 meta glasses not pairing
i bought my glasses from bestbuy last night and straight out the box the blue light that appears after holding the back button for 5-8 seconds is not appearing at all. ive charged it over night and it continues to not pair to my iphone. i have tried to hold the button on the right and turn the glasses off/on and i see a steady red light for some time then a blinking white light but nothing after that. is there a solution to this problem or should i go back and exchange the glasses?
What happen to celebrity voices?
My gen1s started malfunctioning, I got gen2s in an exchange. I set it up on the same phone I had my gen1s on, and now I can’t use any celebrity voices. I tried setting the glasses up on another phone and it shows em but when I reconnected to my phone it’s unavailable again. Is this just a me thing? What is happening lol Help please I hate the three voices it leaves me with.When a call comes in I can't select the Meta connection
Hi Hopefully someone can assist me, whenever I receive a call the option goes straight to my phone and when I try to select the RB Meta option to connect, it goes right back to my phone option, I have reset the Meta glasses and my phone, disconnect and turn back on the bluetooth options, my wifi is connected but it still wont let me select the connection to my Meta to answer and speak to the caller, can someone please assist me is there another connection i need to activate? FYI- this happens everyday when I put glasses on and I keep trying to connected thru out the day sometimes it will connect but MAJORITY of the time it wont connect, any advise will be helpful. I have the Ray-Ban Meta Skyler
Oakley Meta Connection problems
I have my Oakley Meta HSTN since yesterday. I get crazy. First i made all installations from Meta AI app download , connect wlan , connect to the Meta google etc. First day yesterday worked generelly fine. Now today i have this problem: it is loading in the case / etui then says 100% full loaded , i do the glas out and as soon i have it fit on my face, it is disconnected. Then i go it back in the etui it says suddenly only 4 or 10% charge power, after 1 min suddenly again 100% i do it out and the same **bleep** begans again. Any idea what can be the problem? i installed meta app again, i dissconnected the glasses again and connect again and so on nothing helps any ideas?
