Allow us to connect WhatsApp for Business with Rayban
Good morning fellas, I bought the new Meta Rayban yesterday and I find them much better than the old ones I only have one problem, from the settings you can connect a Whatsapp account for messages etc etc, the problem is that I use Whatsapp business and it is not possible to connect them to this app. The assistance confirmed it to me and told me to write a post here with a request to the developers so that they can make this whatsapp business also connectable. It would be enough to give the choice once you click on “connect” between one or the other whatsapp in my opinion. Does anyone have the same problem as me?
Cannot turn on my meta glasses
I’ve already placed the glasses in the charging case for more than 7 hours while the charging case itself was plugged in. When I remove the glasses from the case and then put them back in, the notification LED flashes white and then turns green. At that moment, the glasses can connect to the Meta AI app. When I take the glasses out of the case, the connection disappears, and the glasses become completely unresponsive. No matter how I slide the power button or press the capture button, the notification LED does not light up. I have also tried resetting to factory settings and pairing again. When I press and hold the button on the back of the case, the front button does not turn blue. I have to keep the glasses inside the case and hold the capture button for several seconds until the notification LED on the glasses starts blinking blue. Only then can the glasses be paired. However, I cannot perform the same steps when the glasses are outside the case. Once the glasses are out of the case, they are completely dead. What is wrong with my glasses? This is my second use after purchased this toy 2 years ago.
Instagram not showing up in connections for Meta Raybans?!
I have looked everywhere and can’t seem to find a fix for this?! Instagram isn’t showing up in connections at all? Any ideas? And no it’s nothing to with the language I’ve already tried that theory. And yes everything is updated and I’ve repaired the glasses a few times even reinstalled is instagram a few times.Meta Ai responses of Live data on imperial measurements even if watch is set on metric
Anyone has this problem too and found solution? I have 2 meta Oakley glasses and same issue. After workout, it goes back to saying metric but of a finished workout. You have the Garmin watch showing metric during live workout but meta ai response when asked is imperial.
Serial number gone off headset
I own a quest 2 and recently, I decided to play on my pc. The issue is I need to log into my Meta account which I do not have access to. Its my friends email and I was never given the password or access to the email. I tried to find my serial number on the side but my headset is so old it does not exist! I need someone to tell me others ways to change the email so I can use my PC to play VR games.
Glasses stopped turning on after a few uses
I bought the Oakley glasses to be able to capture snippets of my trip overseas. After 2-3 uses, they stopped powering on altogether. I put them in the charging case and the green indicator says they are fully charged; however, they don’t turn on at all. I have attempted all of the troubleshooting methods outlined and still nothing. This is beyond disappointing. I will be taking the back when we return to the States for a full refund.
