How to remove build from Production (App Lab) channel?
Hello! I wrongly push a build to the Production channel and I could not find a way to remove it, I dont want my test users to see it. The only solution I can think is to delete the app and create a new one, but that's not ideal, I'll have to make invites again u_u Is ther a way to remove it? I want that channel to be empty for now. I work for an early stage startup, and we recently had our app verified for release on Lab. Since then, the higher ups decided they wanted the app to have a different name and asked me to create another app and release it under the new name. Now the question, how can I remove the first uploaded app? I'm really not finding any kind of docs on how to do this.... Thanks!
Is this the only place to get support from Oculus Meta Quest?
@ links to members Hi to all Developers, I am just wondering if there is a way to get support or answers from the Meta Quest team on this forum or Do you have a place to recommend to ask questions? When watching videos on app submission they recommend to reach out at submission@Oculus.com for any questions. Our app "VR Horror Stories" is ready and was submitted. It say it is available on the Applab but it is nowhere to be found. I have sent a few emails in the last 2 month but the only answer I get seems to be sent by bots. Basically it is like they don't even bother reading your questions and send you back to this forum. I had zero reply here since 6 months. I am being very polite, and just ask for some basic stuff but this forum seems like really dead. I don't want to be rude, because I don't want to blame anybody, but Oculus /Meta Quest seems to have the worst support of all. I never been so disapointed with a company in 30 years of business. You work really hard, invest a lot of money and time to find out at the end that nobody even reply to your simple questions. Any body else in the same situation?
