Black internal scratch / scar appeared on my Quest 2 right lens
Today a black scar/scratch appeared in the right screen (eye) of my headset, inside the protective first layer (external). As you'll in the photos attached, the external protective plastic lens is pristine, on the other hand, on the internal lens (not accesible), appeared a black scar/scratch. I already opened a ticket with support, anybody else experienced this issue and know the reason or how to fix it?
Vertical line (pixels?) in my right lens
Hey all, first post here. Have had a CV1 for years now with no problems other than audio. Got this Quest about a month ago now, it's been working generally fine outside of controller tracking issues. Noticed a thin line on my right lens that shows up on Quest regardless of whether I'm in Home or inside Beat Saber. I assume it's a hardware problem and that I may need to get the headset replaced because the color of the line changes depending on the color of the background. Has anyone else had a similar problem? And how tough is it to deal with Amazon and Oculus when it comes to hardware problems like this?
