Meta Quest Link login failure
I have an account through the Meta Quest Link, and I know it works as I have signed in recently in friends machine. I have installed the software on a proper, brand-new Windows 10 install. When I click 'Login', my browser opens to 'https://auth.meta.com/language', but nothing pops up to confirm the login, and nothing happens on the Meta Quest Link software. When I wear the headset, I can see the 'Please Log In' message. I have tried: 1) Updating Windows 10 to the absolute newest version, including optional updates 2) Re-installing the Meta Quest Link software. 3) Resetting my Facebook password and making sure my account can be logged into on a separate device 4) Changed my default browser between Chrome, Firefox, Edge, OperaGX, and Internet Explorer. 5) Installing and re-installing the AMD Adrenalin GPU chipset drivers. 6) Completely re-installing Windows 10 from scratch. Despite all above attempts, the login page simply refuses to acknowledge or allow my Meta Quest Link software to login.
Locked out of account due to lost 2FA - recovery ONLY asks for 2FA Code
Hi everyone, I really need help. I recently reset my phone and lost access to the authentication app that was linked to my Facebook 2FA. Now I’m completely locked out of my account. Unfortunately,I didn’t save any backup codes, and Facebook only asks for the 2FA code when I try to log in, no other recovery option appears. My Facebook account still shows up in my Meta Account Center, but I can’t access it. I have the email and password.I can enter them, but I’m completely stuck at the step that asks for the authentication code. This account is really important to me, and I’m getting desperate. I’ve tried everything, support forms, help pages, recovery links. I couldn’t submit a ticket through the support website too, and live chat hasn’t helped either. Nothing works. How to fix or pass the facebook login screen Check your notifications on another device ?
The problem is that by mistake i logged out all my facebook accounts from all other devices. from my phone mobile and from the laptop and after formatted my pc i can't log in anymore my facebook account. i also tried the other way "Try another way" but this might take days even months and so far no one helped or answered me. is there any way to bypass this problem ? my account was not locked for any reason , i just formatted my pc and since then i can't log in to my facebook account because it need my notification check on other device/s. my facebook account is: [mod edit: personal details removed] thank you.
Forgot Email Used to login
Good Evening, My daughter got a Oculus and has forgotten the email that was used to sign into it. She has purchased a few games so we are trying to figure out how we can find what email was used. We have tried a 'Forget Password' on every email she or her mom thinks it would be and it says they are not recognized. I created a dummy account just to get into the forums. Please can someone tell us how we can find what email was used?
Can't log in to support
Hi, I can't login to the Oculus support center page: https://oculusdevelopers.zendesk.com/hc/en-us When I click on "log in with oculus" this pops up for a second (see first image) then it loops back to the login page (second image). Clicking "cancel" reloads the page. FYI I have a dev account and can access the develper dashboard.Meta Developer hub stuck in Login loop
Good morning, i am looking into getting into Meta quest 3 development. However i am having issues with the developer hub application. I have my developer account set up, and everything seems to be good. However what happens is, the app will redirect me to a browser to login, when i login it then redirects me back to the app, however when it refreshes it simply refreshes the "Continue in browser page" Not logging in. It was suspected that this may be caused by my facebook acount being linked to my meta account. I have disconnected and reinstalled the hub, however this issue persists. Anyone have any issue with this and can advise?Meta Developer Hub not logging in
I am a new aspiring dev, attempting to get Meta developer hub set up. The app redirects me to a web browser where i must login, this has been done, however when it redirects me back to the developer hub, it attempts to reload however it simply reloads the "Continue in browser " page. Any advice?
Unable to log into Meta Developer Hub App and finish setting up
I signed up my Meta account to be a developer account, created my organization, turned on debug mode, and downloaded the Meta Developer Hub App to finish setting up. When the app asks me to login through a browser, it takes me to the typical Meta login that asks to "Continue as Name", which I press, but then nothing in the app progresses, it keeps the "Continue in Browser" screen up, and nothing happens. I noticed that every time I press the "Continue as Name" button, in task manager a new instance of the app shows up, even though I do not see any second screen. I do see an invisible square show up and disappear almost instantly after pressing the button, and if I am looking at the hub app while pressing the continue button, it briefly has a loading screen, but never changes. Occasionally if I spam the "Continue as Name" button, it will say that my email or password are incorrect, even though they are and I can login literally everywhere else easily. I have been unable to find a solution to this problem, so I am hoping someone on here can help me out! Thanks!
Dual Login Options: Facebook and Custom Login
Sorry I am new is this area, andI would like to offer two ways for users to log in for the VR app: using Facebook account or through a custom login with a PIN or password, again I'm new to this and would appreciate any advice or resources/ reference on how to set up both login options.
