Currently getting this message in 2 different areas - When trying to view all of my past referrals, and when accessing my Quest Achievements (Now that I own games with a cumulative total of 10,000 Achievements). - Quest Pro controller is getting an offset every 30s that doesn't resolve itself (I have this issue since day one, on three different controllers so it's not hardware related) as before where I was putting the drifting controller in my back a few seconds to make the headset/controller line of sight occluded, then bringing the controller in front my face/the headset, it used to recalibrate after a few seconds. This issue makes the headset useless when randomly one of your controller is multiple meters away from your actual hand... Note I tried to leave PTC, performed a factory reset : I haven't been rollback to 2.1, I'm stuck on 2.3... Edit : After thousand hours of VR, it's just today I found a way to force the quest pro controller to reset its tracking : I bring the controller inside a pocket/below my t-shirt for a few seconds, then bring it in front of the headset -> it resets the tracking... I've first tried creating using a computer, but given that the account was created using a phone meta says I have to use the computer for longer so I can do it via it. Then when I try creating via the phone, the same one I created the meta account with, meta simply does not send the sms containing the verification code. I've been at this for almost a month. META, please add anti-theft protection and device location search, as devices are often stolen and we can't find them ourselves. And you, a giant company, can't ensure the security of your device. My glasses were stolen. My account is on it, and I can see when it's online. I can't do anything about it, except offer a reset. Hi all, Brand new Meta Quest 3S. First time using a VR headset. Setup completed normally, and no issues with the hardware itself. Meta Horizons app on iPhone is setup. Location: FL, USA Since Day 1, I have been unable to launch Horizon Worlds, or any world. As I get the error message “There was an error connecting to your account.” See attached screenshot below. I’ve tried contacting support and ran all of their troubleshooting steps, to no avail. I’ve browsed countless threads, all with no resolution. Headset and iOS app are all running the latest SW/FW Steps I’ve tried so far (each of these included a full headset restart) Closing and restarting the Horizon Worlds App - Doesn’t Work Reinstalling Horizon Worlds from the store - Doesn’t work Delinking my Facebook about from my Meta Account, signing out of Mobile App and Headset, and logging back in- Doesn’t Work When I first setup the Headset, my Meta account was linked with my Facebook. Factory reset of headset - (x2) - Doesn’t work Deletion and reinstall of Meta Horizons mobile app - Doesn’t work Using 2.4GHz WiFi (same SSID) on headset and phone - Doesn’t work Using 5.0 GHz WiFi (same SSID) on headset and phone - Doesn’t work I am NOT using a VPN. I have all but proven this is not due to WiFi / Router issues. I’ve had a chat session with Meta where I was told to submit a ticket. I submitted the ticket and they closed it dang near instantly, telling me to submit a bug report within my headset, which I did. NOTE: I am also unable to launch any worlds via the Mobile App. I get a “Problem Connecting to this World” screen. Similar to the headset. See the 2nd screenshot below I would really appreciate some help here as this is the experience I’ve looked forward too the most, and it doesn’t work. I can't purchase anything on the Meta Store anymore. It used to work just fine. My last successful purchase was on January 11. But then it just stopped working and whenever I try to buy anything, I get an error message: "Feature unavailable Your request could not be completed. This feature is currently not available to you. Please try again later." I already contacted support and have an open case, but I've been having back and forth with them for a week now and nothing they do seems to help. It's the same on all devices: headset, phone, pc. The same with three different payment methods. No restarting, clearing cash, fresh logins, incognito mode, vpns. Nothing works. Support said they had made some changes to my account and now it should work, like three times. And to make sure changes apply to wait 24 hours. Again I did that and nothing helped. I found threads on reddit and here with the same issue, and nothing seems to work, and support couldn't help in any case.
