meta account suspended??
both my instagram and facebook that are connected to my other meta account got suspended for no reason and i can't even sign into my meta account since it doesn't send me a code to my email and i clearly did nothing what do they mean by not following rules this is a legit glitch and i have games on that meta account for my vr i don't even know where to appeal please help I've been using that instagram account since forever

Hello, I'm having a problem with the reception of the emails of META. I no longer receive emails from Meta (facebook, instagram...) and the phone number on my account no longer exists (I changed my phone number 3 years ago). I'm now asked to confirm by email or phone that it's really me when I log on to my instagram and I can no longer access it because I no longer have access to my phone number (which I can't change also on facebook) and because I'm not receiving the meta emails... The Problem is he doesn't have the same phone number which he created the account and now the number is non-existent and he can't login. Hi Folks, My name is Yamaris. I am looking for a laptop but not good in technical as in graphics. I am working but my son loves to play games. My current laptop is not working properly. I have searched a lot but don't know what I should take. Should I take Dell, HP, Or Lenovo? Which one would be best and has great features under $1500? These days which one is more demanding for a laptop intel core i7, intel Arc, or Intel Evo? I don't even know what the correct platform is to talk about. But your time would be highly appreciated.
