Cannot Make Purchases. "Request cannot be completed until further actions"
Basically when i wanted to make a purchase, I couldn't, and this message kept popping up saying "Request Cannot be Completed until Further Actions." Probably because I entered my pin incorrectly like once or twice. But Now i can't buy games on my account. Looks like a lot of people are getting this message when trying to purchase something. Wondering if anyone has been able to resolve it? I've had a ticket in 2 weeks, and they won't respond to me. If I start a chat to ask questions about it I'm told they have to close the chat to get me a status, then I get an email with a generic message telling me, they need more time. It's odd you can't call anyone to get help, or they don't send updates or anything. I'm not sure I've ever dealt with such poor support. (It's a dumb solution but what I've done is setup a separate account, using the same credit cards and I gift myself what I want from my other account, that's worked for me, but it does not appear to work for game dlc/expansions) Other messages about this state the solution is to put in a support ticket, that might be the only way to resolve it, I don't know, but so far, I 've not found anyone that has been helped by support. Hi everyone! So I am making this thread to raise visibility for child Meta accounts not being able to add their parents or a trusted account as a friend and vice-versa. If this situation does apply to you, please let me know of the following so I can get this info looked into. Which headset version are you currently running? You can check this in Quick Settings > Settings > Software Update > under the Current Version Details section. The formatting should be 60.#.#.###.###.######### or 62.#.#.###.###.#########. Are any of you currently enrolled in the PTC? If so, is it for the headset, PC app, or both? Can you let me know the mobile app version, along with the OS for the phone? Which headset are you using? Has anyone been able to add their child/parent as a friend from some workaround?
