How to fix Meta Rayban wayfarer in Nepal
My Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses Wayfarer is not turning on. There is no power light blinking, although the charging case has power while charging. How can I solve this problem in Nepal? I am currently in Nepal, and there is no official support center for Meta Ray-Ban here. I have also shown it to a local technician, but the problem could not be solved.47Views0likes1Commentfound a rayban meta glass at a park in southeast london - now i need to find the owner
I don't think Meta will share the details of the owner due to Data Protection, however I believe if I share the serial number they may contact the owner and share my details. I tried to find a way to contact support but failed, any idea where I could get this type of support?49Views0likes1CommentMy glasses don’t turn on out side of the case

Tried searching for topics relating to this but unable to find anything. Dearly hoping that there are plans afoot for a firmware release from Meta that facilitates these great glasses with the ability to film in landscape mode. I am worried that this has been a massive oversight, a what could have been potentially the most revolutionary piece kit, might end up falling short at the last hurdle. If this is the case I might just have to offload them and switch back to my other action camera. Come on Meta, please shed some light on what may or may not be on the way... at least a little hint please.40Views0likes0CommentsCan't use Meta Horizon app with quest 1
I bought a meta quest one, and I'm furious to find that I can't even use it! The setup is just completely broken in the app and I have found many forum posts from about 3 years ago of people complaining about the same thing, although now the workarounds they suggested don't even work any more. Would like to relight the fire on this one, please can this be fixed?52Views0likes1Commentcan we start getting rid of gorilla tag fangames off of the store.
i'm not trying to be a picky **bleep** or anything, but like can we please shove those off of the store and let them move their way to itch io because everytime i'd wanted to explore the quest store it's always these gorilla fangames and they're actually starting to get on my nerves, that's the kind of reason why i switched to the steam store instead.178Views0likes2CommentsLogin with GooglePlay doesn't work since Juli
My login always worked with GooglePlay. Since Juli it does not. I already talked with Luxottica, they have no solution since it's a digital problem. With all new installations and resetting the META to factory settings I even have no history. The only app which knows about my connection with the glasses is my WhatsApp. I realized I could no longer log in when I could no longer see my vacation photos. I deleted the app and couldn't login anymore. Since then I tryed out with all my emails. Noting. Help, please. Oh, yes, and I was looking, if GooglePlay has any login data. Does not. I'm 200% sure I did not log off.37Views0likes1CommentQuest 3 — Still no PC audio when using Link via USB-C (2025)
Hi everyone, I am reopening this issue because it still happens in 2025. My Quest 3 loses all PC audio when using Link cable. Windows shows “Oculus Virtual Audio Device” and the audio meter moves, but there is no sound in the headset. Cable has been tested by the app and works at full speed. If I use the “Repair” option in the Meta/Oculus PC app, the audio works again. But after a few days, the problem returns and I have to run Repair again. This happens almost every week. This makes the headset annoying to use because repairing the app takes several minutes and should not be necessary for basic audio output. Why this is a problem: -Repairing the app every time: takes several minutes -closes services and restarts the PC app -sometimes resets parts of the configuration -shouldn’t be necessary for such a basic feature What I already checked: -Oculus Virtual Audio Device set as default in Windows -Volume and sound device settings are correct -Good USB 3 cable and port -Quest audio works fine in standalone mode -Windows 11 fully updated -Meta PC app fully updated What I am looking for: Are other users still experiencing this? Does anyone know what keeps breaking the audio driver? Is there a permanent fix that avoids repairing the app constantly? Meta support: when will this known issue be solved??? Thanks in advance for any help or new information.364Views2likes6Comments
