Is that normal???
HELP! i have been creating clothing since December and was well over the 100.00 threshold mark and am now at 1K$$. Meta has not paide me yet for sold clothing. I clicked on support link and i recieved a message via a legitimate looking email suposedly from a "Brock" that requested social security number and 5 months worth of bank statements in order to get paid. Is this normal? In thr beginning of the discussion i did give up my bank account and routing number (supposedly for them to verify) but none of the other requested info. is THIS NORMAL? Anyone else facing a road block with people trying to purchase your items via the Avatar editor? I have gotten countless messages from people trying to purchase items via the avatar editor and receiving an error saying "Purchase failed" which is now affecting all of my items. This was never an issue prior and seems to have started all of a sudden and affecting a couple other creators as well. I've been experiencing this for over a month at this point and has severely affected my work.

Hi there, I'm trying to link a bank account to my Horizon account and it's not asking for a bsb number (only account number) and doesn't give me an option to use Paypal. It also won't accept the SWIFT code for the bank I'm currently with, which is an online bank. Before I setup an account with another bank here in Australia, is anyone familiar with these issues here or can help me with this setup?
