I can’t set my boundary with my device owner account.
This may be the worst bug i’ve encountered on this headset and is the sole reason why the meta quest 3 is the buggiest headset ive ever used. So I have two accounts on my quest, the device owner and an additional one. On the additional one, I can set my room scale or stationary boundary, as well as my floor level. But on the device owner, when i click boundary and click either option, it just doesn’t work and takes me back to the settings. This makes that account almost unusable in standalone mode, because as you all know, you kind of need a floor level to play vr. Please fix this meta, it’s been broken for almost a year now.55Views0likes5CommentsApp sharing across two devices?
Hi, I just bought two Meta Quest 3s to share between me, my wife and two kids. Both are registered to my account and I have added the other accounts to both devices. But when I try to enable app sharing on the second device, it tells me that I have to turn it off on the first device??? Are you honestly telling me that it is not possible to share two meta devices within our family without having to buy all software twice? Please tell me I made a mistake somewhere and this is possible! Everything else would be a joke - a bad one!Solved15KViews4likes11CommentsSharing apps between two quest 3 headsets
So I purchased my first quest 3 headset 512GB, and absolutely love it. I have also purchased several apps from the meta store and they reside on my headset. I just recently purchased another headset for my wife so that we can play the games that I purchased together. My question is, how do I copy those games over to the new headset that my wife is going to use? Right now I am the admin on my headset and I added her as a user on my headset so that we share until her's comes in. Do we setup the new headset under my account, or a new account under her name? Thank you in advance for your help. MarkSolved33KViews2likes12CommentsCan't add a second user to my Oculus Quest 2

It also keeps trying to get me to put in a code on www.meta.com/device even when i try to play a game it closes it and brings up that screen. Hi, Im a developer developing a multiplayer app, Id like to be able to cast from my different devices into the developer hub. I am using test accounts created using the ODH under my account organization. yet when i try to cast from my device, it says: Multiple Accounts Detected The headset you are trying to cast from is using a different account than Oculus Developer Hub. Casting requires the same account on both the ODH and the headset. Is there a way to enable casting from test accounts, or to link the test accounts to the ODH account to allow casting?1.7KViews0likes1CommentMultiple dummy accounts for all our devices
Dear Support! We are developing a free App for Oculus Quest 1 and 2. In our office we use up to 20 separate devices to test our app linked to the same account. Unfortunately we started to get into the issue. Our free app is not working anymore on more than one Quest simultaneously. It says that we should purchase this app on a different account. Which makes no sense, cause the app is free. Also it’s a problem for us, because we'll have to create multiple dummy accounts for all our devices. Could you please suggest a workaround for this issue. Thank you in advance!1.3KViews0likes1Comment
