Oculus Developer Hub Build Upload Error
I don't know what's changed but I am no longer able to upload a build to my app lab app alpha channel using Oculus Developer Hub on my desktop computer (months ago it used to work). I get the error "Build Upload Error - an error has occurred" and nothing else. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling ODH multiple times, and this error has persisted even through updates of the last 2 new versions of ODH. This only happens on my desktop computer. If I try to upload the same exact build through ODH on my laptop, it works as expected.Solved11KViews1like8CommentsDeveloper verification does not work
I am trying to get my account verified for a developer under: https://developer.oculus.com/manage/verify/ The text instructs that I need either to enable 2fa or to add a payment method. Mind you both have been configured for my normal Oculus account, but it seems for the dev section it is yet another location and it seems only credit card is accepted. However, I did enable 2fa from that view and it still does not show it as enabled, despite me logging in using it. Then I tried adding a credit card and the site briefly shows an entry before errorring out and removing the entry. The error is non-informative at all stating "An Error Occurred!", in the body it just says the word "Message" and I have the option to Cancel or "Report Bug". Now guess what "Report Bug" does... it does NOTHING. Literally! You click it and nothing happens. As a final straw - in my bank statement I see as many 0 USD transactions as the number of attempts I did to add the card. And I know for a fact the card is not restricted to a country or otherwise declining transactions related to this. I tried opening a ticket with support - both general meta support and from the developer space and both tell me this is not the right place to ask for help on this topic. So I was asked to try here. Lastly, I did try to search for this problem in this forum, but could not find the same issue. All the entries I found are for later stages of the process.Solved7.4KViews5likes4CommentsOculus Developer Hub can't find headset

Hello! I've been using MQDH with Quest2 for almost a year now and they used to work perfectly fine, but since a few days ago, every time I connect my Quest 2 via Link Cable, it is detected and shown as below: However, if I try to issue any command whatsoever, be it a push, install, reconnect, etc, it turns offline. This can be seen by simply opening the Meta Quest Developer Hub. It initially appears as following: But as soon as one of those commands "finishes" (they always fail), this is the screen I'm left with. I have tried issuing `adb reconnect offline`, which simply makes the device completely vanish from the devices list. Needing a reboot of the device (and a unplug/plug of the USB cable) for it to reappear. I have tried deleting the adb keys and re-authorizing; rebooting the adb server; disabling and re-enabling the developer mode; factory resetting the Quest 2; disabling Oculus Air Link; changing which adb version to use; clean reinstall of Windows; all above with no other program running on PC, to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Maybe it was something in the last update? I can't find a way to rollback and test. I select "Continue with Facebook", it opens a new browser window where I'm asked if I want to continue with my Facebook account. I click "Continue as <name>", then it redirects to an error page: Any idea of what is wrong? Hi there! I really enjoy using the Developer Hub and have a few requests for features which would be beneficial to us developers. I am currently using these as custom commands, but it would be much more convenient to have dedicated controls in "Device Actions" for them. The features are as follows: Change Dynamic FFR to Static and explicitly control its level Change Dynamic CPU & GPU level to Static and explicitly control their level Change headset refresh rate between 72, 90 and 120 Hz These settings would me the MQDH an ultimate developers tool, so in advance thanks for considering these ideas. Hello, When I try to upload a build through Oculus Developer Hub it just stays uploading infinitely. The upload loading bar starts and animates, but it doesn't go past that. Has anybody had a similar issue, and have any advice? Thanks, Bernard6.9KViews3likes11Comments
