I have an Oculus developer account admin@chatclick.ru I'm trying to log into this account through a server in Germany, I specify a username and password, a six-digit code comes to the mail, but the letter does not come. What should I do? My Oculus ID: click_dev date of registration 10.05.2017 How can I change e-malil?
MSI GF65 Thin oculus link cable not working
I just recieved the oculus link cable 7 hours ago but it hasn't done anything. Basically having an issue where my oculus link cable isn't connecting to my laptop? It will just charge the headset. Been messing with settings and graphics and yet no signal to my laptop. The cable matches the pc requirements so I am just guessing it has a problem to do with the ports, I have read a in a couple places that the ports on these laptops aren't DP but I am not too sure that is the reason for it. Any advice? has been stuck like this with no change :') restarting doesnt help with laptop or headset and also turned on developer mode.
Shipping information?
So I just ordered my quest 2 the other day for a class I am taking in the spring and my account was charged but I have not received any sort of shipping details on it besides the initial email that gave me an estimated delivery date of Nov 4, 2020. I see the order but it says nothing about tracking information. Should one be sent out soon and should still expect for it to arrive this week like my initial order said or could it be much longer?Oculus Link - "Oculus has detected a problem with your graphics driver" - fix
This is for future reference for those that may come across the same issue. I have been using Oculus Link for some time and, apart from its inherent flakiness, had no real issues - until yesterday, when I suddenly started getting a black screen in the headset when connecting to my PC. There was also the following warning on the PC Oculus app: "Oculus has detected a problem with your graphics driver". Further online investigation suggested this issue has occurred in the past, but related to the Rift. Removing a legacy amd vulkan file (usually in C:\WINDOWS\System32\amd-vulkan64.json) is a common solution. However, I had no such file in my system, but I tracked down the similarly named obs-vulkan64.json in C:\ProgramData\obs-studio-hook. I found that removing this, along with graphics-hook64.dll, fixed the issue (I also removed obs-vulkan64.json and graphics-hook32.dll for good measure). I can now use Oculus Link again!. I have a feeling these files have just appeared on my PC as they have very recent date-stamps. Hope this helps future sufferers!My Oculus keeps crashing

power surge
Whenever I attempt to play the quest while it is connected to my PC it gives me a notification that the USB port that it is plugged into has had a power surge and shut down. It has even gotten to turning off my entire PC when I attempted to plug in the quest, now my PC randomly shuts off without the quest even being plugged in. I created a support ticket but the response I got was very unhelpful and frankly seemed like it ignored the original statement I made about the problem.Oculus Gone Silent
I am wondering if it is just me? or has Oculus gone silent for other developers. I can't seem to gain any contact anymore about my game, or about anything else. I have also contacted Oculus Start with no luck. I have sent multiple emails, with the only reply being the generic "Your email has been forwarded to the right team". Please let me know if it is just me or if others are having the same issue. Thanks.
Oculus Rift S, My controllers dont stop dancing
I installed rift S and go good for 10 min then the controllers start dancing around me. I has try reinstall windows from 0, format ssd where i have installed the games and nothing happen. Rift S gone good 1 min then start dancing around me again. My spec. I7-6700k z170 pro gaming motherboard G.skill 16 Gb 2133 samsung evo 750 ssd 120 Gb for SO samsung evo 850 ssd 500 Gb for games aorus GTX 1080 ti
