Unable to submit application for review
I am unable to submit my application for review. I have completed all the required fields, but the Specs section is not going green. I have created a ticket on Oculus Support and they redirected me here. As far as I can tell, I have completed all the required fields.2.7KViews2likes6CommentsCannot find subscripton in my Developer Dashboard
Greetings, I ma starting off as a Unity VR Developer and am situated from Nepal. I am trying to enable subscription in the Platform Services. However, there isn't a Subscription option in the All Platform Services section. I have updated my payout information and have just created a sample app as of now. The IAPs are enabled. No builds are pushed either. Is there something I need to do in order to enable Subscription in the developer dashboard?2.2KViews2likes2Comments"Load report prior to" button not working on Financial Reports page for Oculus Developer Org Manager
The Financial Reports page shows the latest three Monthly Reports (.csv). If you wish to see reports older than the last three, you should click on the "Load reports prior to" button. However, this button does not work, regardless of the browser used. Oculus and Meta support have been unhelpful with this issue. I have been trying to solve this for a year now. Does anyone else have the same issue? Any ideas on how to work around this?505Views0likes0CommentsCannot Add New User to Release Channel (Meta email vs. Oculus email?)
Hello, we are developers of a VR app. When we tried to add a new Meta account email to our app's Release Channel on Oculus Developer (https://developer.oculus.com/), we got this message: "We couldn't find anyone with the Oculus email." This email is a newly-created Gmail that has just signed up for a Meta account on https://auth.meta.com/. This email is not a Facebook account. Did something went wrong, or is there a step missing? I thought by registering a Meta account, this email is already an Oculus account.999Views0likes0Commentsgrab object using Oculus Rift raycast
Hey Guys, I am very new to unity and am building a VR app for Oculus Go. I want to pick and move the object by pointing the ray from the controller on the object and then picking or releasing it by pressing the trigger button. I want the object to stay fixed at the end of the ray's position rather than coming suddenly onto the controller. If anyone could point me in a right direction or help me with this, I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks in advance.1.2KViews0likes1Comment
