Need to change an organization's owner
Hello, I just created an organization but realized after it was done that I was logged into the wrong account. I need to move this organization to a different account and cannot see how to do this in the dashboard. (Both accounts are now admins of the org, but I need to swap out who the owner is) Can someone please advise? Thank you
Unable to add a user to my organization
Hello, I'm trying to add a colleague to my organization but I see the same error message every time - "We couldn't find anyone with that Oculus ID". She has logged in to her Oculus Go with the same email address that I'm using to add her to the org, but I'm not sure why it won't recognize her. Please let me know where I'm going wrong. I can provide more info if required. Thanks!
Development mode
Hello I am working on a VR experience in unreal that I want to work in the Oculus Go. I can't get development mode on my phone active. I have made a organization with no effect on activating dev mode. I have tried making more organizations to try to get it to work with no luck. Should I delete my account and start all over as the organizations can't be deleted. Does Oculus have any development support? as I tried support@oculusvr.com and they just sent me back to development main page.
