Is there a way I can fix this "Request Not Completed" issue on the meta store?
I currently bought a meta quest 3s a few days ago, and then I tried to buy some games just to realized it wasn't processing the purchase but rather would show an notification that says "Request Not Completed We noticed something unusual and, for your security, this request couldn't be completed. Please try again later, or visit our Help Center." I've contacted their customer service but still hasn't got anything that solved my issue with this, is there anyone here who got a solution for this? I would appreciate it
Unable to add payment method
Just bought a quest 3. My debit card is paired to my meta account. However, i am still unable to add my card as a Payment method on the meta horizon app, and get an error each time. I've tried multiple cards, nothing. No update needs to be performed. I have tried using a computer, phone and the actual headset. Even switching to cellular data. I have bought multiple things online lately, and the bank allows international purchases so I don't think it's on the cards end. I have restarted the device multiple times, tried on different days and nothing seems to work. There are a few cases online with the same problems, but they seem to have been fixed using instagram or facebook, which I tried, and they accepted my card, but it still will not add my card into the 'payment method' slot. Or they only use gift cards, which seems like a serious downgrade. Please help before I go and refund this VR before I ever got to play it.
Just got Meta 3S for my daughter and the pay won't work....HELP
My daughter just got the Meta Quest 3S for Christmas, had and easy time setting up my account and hers, but now I am trying to get it to work to buy the subscription and it keeps giving me all these different error messages. I have been trying to look for answers but most of the answers aren't actually answers. She just wants to play it and can't. I have unlinked Facebook, card info, deleted app, and re-entered everything and that didn't work. Tried to get the Meta Pay to link both accounts and that wouldn't work because the one says pay is disabled, which I got a message on Meta the thousandth time I tried to enter a card that I had to do something, but it flashed so fast I didn't see what it said. PLEASE HELP!!! I am losing my mind and my daughter is upset cause all she wants to do is play this. Should I literally delete it all and start from square one? I tried to buy a game from the meta store i was told to put my payment method which I typed my debit card and I got the message: "Error adding a payment method. Please check your credit card info." I tried 3 times to write again thinking i wrote the numbers wrong but it still wouldnt let me add the debit card. Im from croatia if that is of eny help.
