Can't Add IBAN to my dev account
Hello, I am a developer, and my company and I are registered in France. When I try to add our financial information, I keep getting this error: "You've entered an invalid IBAN for the country you've chosen. Please enter a valid one." I’ve tried three different bank accounts, but the error persists. I contacted the support , but after three months, they replied that they’re still working on it. Could you provide any additional information or assistance on this issue? Thank you!
Payment Information tab is empty in developer account
In the financial information tab of my oculus developer dashboard when I click under the payment information it does not show the provided information. I need to check it and verify that the financial information provided is correct. This will affect my decision on whether to create a new organization or continue with the old organization that I had.
