Unable to update payout account on oculus developer dashboard
Good morning, I have been trying to update my payment information for 6 days now without success. The response from the update form is "We're having trouble completing your request. Please try again." When creating the account, I already had this type of problem which resolved itself after 3 weeks. After speaking with a chatbot for 3 days so that it did not direct me in any way and did not resolve the problem in any way, the ticket was purely closed without providing a response. It is also now impossible for me to repost a message because it detects that an identical message has already been posted. I can only try again every day to update my IBAN. UPDATE : I don't know how but my iban was changed. For the last week or so, I get the error "Tax ID verification is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." when attempting to setup a payout account in the dev dashboard. This onlys happens for EINs, individual ids don't cause errors. In my case, I need to setup my LLC. Is there any method I can retrieve players' items status? From a developer perspective, I want to know why items from players are gone. There is an API to retrieve a list of items that the user owned (Retrieve Items Owned - https://developer.oculus.com/documentation/native/ps-iap-s2s/). However, if we called that API at different points of time, some items might be gone due to refund, chargeback or other reasons. Is there any way for a developer to know why items are gone? Hi, We are developing an Oculus Go app, so we created a test user to test the in-app purchase (IAP) that redirect to Oculus Payment confirmation. In the beginning, Oculus payment page ask us for PIN confirmation :) , and every purchase worked well. But now (after some purchases : same SKU multiple times), the purchase is automatically confirmed without asking us PIN confirmation or display Oculus Payment Confirmation page. We do not have clicked on any "Remember my PIN" button or anything else. How do we bring back the PIN confirmation payment and Oculus Payment Confirmation page for our test ? We have tryied to unistall app & install it again ; change Test Cards (successful to failed) ; remove and add again Test Cards ; but nothing works because Oculus always accept the payment without asking us to enter the PIN confirmation. We need this Oculus Payment Confirmation page & PIN confirmation, in order to see the IAP Name modifications we've made (Purchase "Name" labels updated). PS : it is impossible to change PIN code for Users Test from the app or Oculus Dashboard. Maybe we need to "Kill session" of the test user ? (But we are affraid that this action disconnect & reset the Oculus Go device and we will need to configure again User on Oculus Go.) Waiting for your help to display again Oculus Payment Page & PIN confirmation via a simple action (withtout reset Oculus Go device). I purchased a Pre-paid Mastercard and it will not me buy a game. The card has enough funds, is activated and I made sure I put the information from the card in into the Meta store correctly. I have tried both my phone and computer but neither work. It keeps telling me "GraphQL server responded with error 1353048: Sorry, your payment method was declined. Oculus IAP Issue, OrderID=0 Always!
Hey! I am facing an IAP Issue. When the tester try to test the Oculus IAP and complete the payment. They will receive the order record(with order id ) in the Oculus Order List at the https://secure.oculus.com/my/orders/ And also receive an email from Oculus with the receipt number. But when I try to request the Servers to Servers API to get the Order ID and Receipt Number. The Order ID always = 0οΌ and canβt get the receipt number. Needs Your Help! We're building a game that's available on multiple platforms - Android, iOS, etc. and it offers in-app purchases. These purchases are shared between platforms, so a user can purchase something on one platform and it will be available in the other platforms as well. The other stores' policies allow this, as long as you follow a few rules. However I'm not sure if the Oculus' policy allows that, if I read it properly - it does not (https://developer.oculus.com/policy/app-policies/#payments). Could somebody please confirm if this is really the case? I'm wondering how to deal with this, since asking users to purchase something multiple times for each platform would be quite a deal breaker. I just had an issue caused by confusion regarding buying a game and realizing after that there is a different version to play stand alone and a different version to play linked to a PC. I suggest 2 labels for the store (PC) and (SA) for stand alone, to make it more clear what version of the game i am purchasing, these labels should be right next to the tittle. Also i believe during the set up tutorial there needs to be a purchasing product tutorial that explains what these labels mean and what they mean for the customer. I'm sure im not the first person to buy the wrong version then causing the developer more money by having to contant support and submitting refund request. Furthermore, a way to cancel a refund request once you have applied for it in case you change your mind on a game you asked for a refund but then decide you dont want the refund and rather keep the game. I'd like release an app both for PCVR and Quest where the PCVR version would be with higher quality graphics. However if a person purchases the PCVR version would they get the Quest version as well or vice versa? Or do they need to pay 2 times? Is there any way to make them pay just once?
