not able to purchase games with prepaid mastercard
I purchased a Pre-paid Mastercard and it will not me buy a game. The card has enough funds, is activated and I made sure I put the information from the card in into the Meta store correctly. I have tried both my phone and computer but neither work. It keeps telling me "GraphQL server responded with error 1353048: Sorry, your payment method was declined. Try updating or using a different payment method." If anyone could help me with this it would be very appreciated.
Where is the best place to get direct help from Meta?
I'm having a unique issue that cannot be solved through Oculus support (their internal team will get back to me) and Facebook payments (its most likely my browser isn't updated) so I'm hoping Meta will be able to help I can't link my bank account via the developer hub from Australia using a SWIFT code for my bank (Commonwealth). I've tried the other version with XXX at the end too. I called my bank 3 times who confirmed I am entering details correctlyPayout Account Tax Id Verification Error
For the last week or so, I get the error "Tax ID verification is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." when attempting to setup a payout account in the dev dashboard. This onlys happens for EINs, individual ids don't cause errors. In my case, I need to setup my LLC. Does anyone know a fix for this, or if it is being worked on by meta staff?
Oculus AppLab not paying out to my bank at all
I have not been paid out by my app lab game GetaWay - i have met the threshhold last month which is over $100 and it has not been transferred to my bank account. I am worried that my earnings have been discarded and not properly transferred. Any help i would be very grateful. Thanks.What are your future Plans for 360 Videographers
Just curious what your future plans are for 360 Video Developers like me. I have hundreds of thousands of watch time on your platform, but you keep expecting content for free. Pico pays me for content, YouTube pays me for content, but I am thousands of dollars in the hole with you from ads, Oculus Launch, and other issues. Are you ever going to value us as creators and help us like Pico or YouTube? Your response would be greatly appreciated so I can know if I will continue to upload to your platform and what I will tell other 360 developers, or if I will delete my channel from your platform. Bonjour, j'ai entré sur l'application meta quest une carte de crédit prépayée Mastercard Joker et lorsque j'achète un jeux il y a un message qui s'affiche me disant que la carte a été refusé pourtant, la carte est belle et bien activer et elle comporte assez d'argent pour acheter le jeux.

Hello, We received an email from our user regarding an issue they experienced with in-app purchases. What suggestions can we offer to help resolve this issue? "I have installed the mindway app on my quest 3 and tried to sign up to a membership plan using the headset. However after selecting payment method I get a message to continue in the mobile app because my bank requires some extra verification. It says to check the notifications in the quest mobile app and follow the instructions. However when I check the quest app on my phone there are no notifications, so I don't know how to complete the purchase. Any help with this would be appreciated"
