Paiement impossible
bonjour , j’ai acheté mon meta quest 3 , et depuis 2 semaines , c’est impossible d’ajouter un moyen de paiement Et acheter un jeu ou même horizon + j’ai ajouté de l’argent en quest cash pour acheter des jeux et même avec quest cash cela ne fonctionne pas , quelqu’un peut me dire comment on peut régler ce problème , merci voici ce que ça me dit quand j’essaye de payer Fonctionnalité non disponible Votre demande n'a pas pu aboutir. Problema con el saldo.
Tengo en mi saldo de meta wallet 8.26$, me cambié a € y necesito gastar esos dolares para poder meter euros. El caso es que no se como gastar exactamente esa cantidad ni me deja poder utilizarla + añadir lo que falte para comprar una app ya que actualmente tengo otra divisa. Alguien sabe qué puedo hacer? // I have $8.26 in my Meta Wallet. I converted them to € and need to spend those dollars to be able to add euros. The thing is, I don't know how to spend that exact amount, nor can I use it or add what's missing to buy an app since I currently have another currency. Does anyone know what I can do?
Educator/student accounts / Unable to add Payment method
It seems I'm now required to add a payment method to set Oculus Quest 2 to Developer Mode. Is there any way for educators and students to bypass this? I shouldn't require students to add credit card numbers to learn how to develop for Oculus Quest 2 ...not able to purchase games with prepaid mastercard
I purchased a Pre-paid Mastercard and it will not me buy a game. The card has enough funds, is activated and I made sure I put the information from the card in into the Meta store correctly. I have tried both my phone and computer but neither work. It keeps telling me "GraphQL server responded with error 1353048: Sorry, your payment method was declined. Try updating or using a different payment method." If anyone could help me with this it would be very appreciated.Unable to update payout account on oculus developer dashboard
Good morning, I have been trying to update my payment information for 6 days now without success. The response from the update form is "We're having trouble completing your request. Please try again." When creating the account, I already had this type of problem which resolved itself after 3 weeks. After speaking with a chatbot for 3 days so that it did not direct me in any way and did not resolve the problem in any way, the ticket was purely closed without providing a response. It is also now impossible for me to repost a message because it detects that an identical message has already been posted. I can only try again every day to update my IBAN. UPDATE : I don't know how but my iban was changed. It therefore appears that an error message was sent but that the modification was made.
Where is the best place to get direct help from Meta?
I'm having a unique issue that cannot be solved through Oculus support (their internal team will get back to me) and Facebook payments (its most likely my browser isn't updated) so I'm hoping Meta will be able to help I can't link my bank account via the developer hub from Australia using a SWIFT code for my bank (Commonwealth). I've tried the other version with XXX at the end too. I called my bank 3 times who confirmed I am entering details correctlyPayout Account Tax Id Verification Error
For the last week or so, I get the error "Tax ID verification is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." when attempting to setup a payout account in the dev dashboard. This onlys happens for EINs, individual ids don't cause errors. In my case, I need to setup my LLC. Does anyone know a fix for this, or if it is being worked on by meta staff?
Oculus AppLab not paying out to my bank at all
I have not been paid out by my app lab game GetaWay - i have met the threshhold last month which is over $100 and it has not been transferred to my bank account. I am worried that my earnings have been discarded and not properly transferred. Any help i would be very grateful. Thanks.
