Dev Dashboard - Unable to add payout account
We are unable to link a bank account to our Developer dashboard. At first it was asking for bank info but never worked. Now it doesn't even ask for any bank info, it just fails. Tried setting a new account which does the same thing. Clicking the "Get payout support" goes to a dead link. We need to add payout information before we can setup IAP assets, etc. We are in Canada if that makes a difference.When does Oculus payout?
Hello, I recently have been working on adding In-App-Purchases into my game, and I've earned a pretty nice amount of money off of this that I was hoping to use to pay my team with. I recently got a monthly statement, the amount looked just about right, however, no actual money has been sent anywhere. What do I do about this? How can I get the money? I've crossed the $100 required to receive my payout, so I should have received. Is there some kind of delay that occurs? Thanks!
Have not received Meta Payout ... .EVER
hello, I have been receiving the payout remittance reports from Meta, but have not been able to receive payout from them ever! we are based abroad, which may be adding to the issue, but nonetheless. we have been above the payout threshold, and tried reaching out via the facebook payment support desk. I received some boilerplate messages and links, finally got a human to reply to me, asking me for documentation, but unable to receive any communication after sending the requested documents in. Anybody experiencing the same issue? What would be the best way to get in touch with a human being to get this resolved?? Appreciate your help!! james
