Did my order go through?
So I just preordered an oculus quest 2 from the official website and I got a confirmation email but when I checked my orders page on the Oculus website it said "You currently do not have any orders" What does this mean? Do I have to reorder? Because I really don't want to risk ordering two of them. I filed a ticket so I'll update this post if I get anything from that.
Oculus Quest 2 Shipment - order status - no change from time i preordered it.
Hi guys, 11 October i preordered Quest 2 with shipment to Poland, i choose payment via card and assign it on payment section in my order. From 11 October my order status is "Open" and nothing changed untill now. Im checking this status few times a day, because im wondering how many time i will be wondering when my order will change status. Furthermore, nothing happened with my cash on my bank account, i was thinking that oculus will take it from there when shipment will begin but as i see nothing changed with 0 change on the status side. Any ideas what can be wrong, or what can i do to get informations what is wrong with my order?Too much use of the prefix "pre" (i.e. pre-order)
Technically, to pre-order means "to order before you order." But technicalities aside... Ordering early (pre) does not imply receiving early. In order to receive something before someone else, you would have to engage in a pre-delivery process. Preorder as a verb: Order (an item of merchandise) before it is available, with the understanding that it will be shipped later.
