why everything is out of stock?
I would like to know why is every VR out of stock like is it because of the pandemic or it is always like that. I was interested to by a quest for the mobility and PC options and i saw that the prices are very low for the features it has or maybe only for me but when you have stock are the prices the same? And how can i see what the oculus store has for games.
Oculus Store Sales
So, I've been wondering. Does Oculus determine the games which go on sale or do the developers do? I've noticed some games go on sale multiple time and even simultaneously sometimes. Like, Fujii and Nature Trek VR. Meanwhile, some never got on sale. I know Beat Saber won't be going on sale since it never did even on Steam. Hence, I had to buy it at full price. I'm wondering if Pistol Whip will ever go on sale. If it won't, I'll once more be forced to buy it at full price. Am I stingy? I guess some could say that. The reason is that the price isn't localized. On Steam, I could buy three of the same games compared to Oculus Store. I mean, Beat Saber equalled to 13 days of food for me. It might not seem a lot for some people but that's still a lot. TLDR; Will Pistol Whip go on sale?Game Transfer from OC Go to OC Quest
Hi gals and guys, I purchased the following games for my Oculus Go VR headset that I want to transfer to my Oculus Quest and sell or give away the Oculus Go. This would only serve to bring your company more profit. Human Anatomy Dead Secret Wonder Glade Coco Infection Stardust VR Justice League Jurassic World Shooting Showdown Balloon Shooter Merry Snowballs Liminal States of Mind Dead and Buried Kaptevn's Star Zombie Gunship Anggry Birds Coster Andromedum 2nd Monster Gearus Henry Bait Now, Your companies R&D department had to have known that your customers were going to want to transfer these games over to the Quest. So the motivation for NOT making these games compatible is either increased profits or incompetence. Seeing as games for the Quest are 4 times more expensive (in most cases), it would be safe to assume the prior reason. What are you going to be doing to compensate the owners of the Go VR devices that want to have those same, but not yet available apps, on the Quest VR system? Sincerely, Troy Evans, Atlanta, GA
Experiences/Concepts - How does the workflow work? Change price/category
Hi, I've got a game under the concepts section that I've been continually updating and adding to, It's free and so far getting an average of 1000/downloads/day and 'pretty good' reviews(3.8 stars). My question is - What do I do when I want to charge for the game? How do I move it out of concepts and into the "Games" section. Currently I can not change the category or the price when I update it or add new builds. There must be a workflow that Oculus had in mind for this? FYI I'm not ready to charge for it yet but some major updates are coming out and I believe it is worth charging for soon.
