Manette qui vibre non stop
En plein milieu d'une partie de Beat Saber ma manette gauche c est mise a vibrer en continu et est inutilisable. J'ai eteind le casque, enlever et remis la pile mais rien y fait, des que le casque redémarre la manette se remet a vibrer. Et la pile c est vider en 10 min a peine a cause de ses vibrations. Quelqu'un a déjà eu le même soucis et sais comment le résoudre ? Merci d avance
I have my Oculus Quest 2, but it won't link with the app.
Hi! I bought my Oculus Quest 2 on the 13th, and it's my first VR headset. I've enjoyed it so far, but I'm not able to hook it up to my PC. I got to the setup area and selected my headset. I was at the part where the (PC) app was trying to pair with my Quest and it couldn't find it. I also tried going into my headsets settings and activating Oculus Link from there, but the oculus couldn't find the app. However, when I plugged in my oculus (I used the stock cable) my PC had a notification telling me it detected it, and my Oculus asked if my PC could access the files on the Oculus. So I'm confused about what I'm doing wrong. Sorry if this is confusing, my English needs some work. Other than that, I have had no problems with the headset. Other than short battery life. Edit: I got my USB 3.0 cable today. I tried it out yet, it still didn't work. The little plastic inside of my PC's USB ports are black, and I think that means it's a 2.0. I'm gonna head back to where I bought the headset tomorrow to see if I can find some help. I might buy the Oculus brand link cable tomorrow. We'll see what happens.
Oculus Quest 2 Controller Tracking Issue
Hello everybody. I am experiencing issues with my new Oculus Quest 2. The controller tracking does not work. I will try to explain the problem as best as possible. The rotation for the Oculus Touch controllers works perfectly, but the position of the controllers does not work at all. I will move the controllers around but they still appear to be in their initial position, and it will only update after a while, and then be stuck again. I tried hand tracking, and it works very well, but the controllers don’t. I have already tried a lot of things to fix the issue. I unpaired and re-paired the controllers through the app. I have restarted the headset several times. I have done a factory reset on the headset through the app. I have replaced the batteries on the controllers. I have charged my headset almost fully, since it came with low battery. I tested the cameras and they appear to be working well. I cleaned the cameras with microfiber cloth. All this to no avail and the issue still persists. What could be the problem? My oculus was working perfectly, then when i turned it on the other day, the apps and everything weren't working. If I press on library or anything it just loads for like 30 seconds and then it says "An error has occurred, please try again later". I tried downloading the latest updates and all but it didnt help. Does anyone know what this might be?New oculus trouble turning on
My Oculus is brand new I turned it on it first had a whole set up and boot up setting but I turned it off by accident then it turned back on but not to the settings I had kay time it was just the Oculus symbol and after a few seconds it would Turn off then turn on to the symbol again
Cloud Sync interruptions
New problem started over past 48 hours. When using the Quest 2 for oculus games I keep getting constantly interrupted by the unit trying to cloud sync. Sometimes its every 30 seconds, sometimes it happens 5 times in 10 seconds. It does not pause the game I'm playing when it occurs which causes damage in some games, instant losses in others where that mechanic occurs. Any idea as to why this is happening? I've tried rebooting the unit, reconnecting to Wifi, cleaning the external positioning cameras, but nothing appears to make a difference.Stuck on boot after update
I want to turn my oculus on after using it last night perfectly when I turned it on it powers up it went to a screen within arrow inside of a computer chip minute goes to a black screen within oh and stays there forever I contacted support they walked me through a factory reset same thing happens waiting to hear back but by reading the reports online it's not looking very good and I am looking To see who else is dealing with this problem.
How to fix laptop issues with Oculus Link on AMD based systems.
AMD based GPU's and integrated graphics are not supported or have issues. If you have a laptop with graphics in the list that are known to work and a AMD based system with integrated graphics you might run into problems. I was troubleshooting for 2 days and found a very simple solution to fix the issue with Link going black and cutting out constantly. Basically a laptop sends the image through the integrated graphics (might not be technically correct but for this fix it is) and this cause issues with Link. To get around this and let the PC just use the supported graphics all you have to do is disable the driver. This causes the PC to just process images through the supported GPU and render the desktop with the lowest level driver. Your desktop will be something like 800x600 but the Link should work. Press the Windows button and type "manage" to get this Then you will get the manager window where you go to "Device Manager" then expand the "Display Adapters" Here you can see that my AMD Radeon Vega 8 is disabled. When right clicking the adapter you see that I can enable it again When enabled, like the Nvidia adapter is, I have the disable option. Basically just go into the manager and disable all adapters that isn't the one you want Oculus Link to use to prevent any weird issues with the Link going black and shutting down constantly. So you sort of have to do this every time you want to use the Quest and Link but it's not a time consuming fix and is better than not being able to play f.ex. Roblox in VR like I wanted to do (or my son to be exact). I hope this might help :)
4 days since I bought a new quest controller and I still have not received my shipping number.
So, I broke my right quest controller and purchased a new one last Thursday. It has been four days since I bought the controller and it has not changed from "Processing for Shipping" and I have still not received a tracking number in both of the email addresses I have associated with this account. I don't know if this means the payment has not gone through, but it says my package might arrive tomorrow, so I'm confused. Please help me with this.
