Issues with PTC V83 received on Quest 3 today
Hi, I've just had my Quest 3 update to PTC V83 today, and have encountered some issues: - People icon - The "people" icon at the bottom of the Navigator doesn't load or do anything. If I have my app library showing, and press the people icon, nothing happens. The view stays the same, and the Quest 3 does not attempt to show or load the people app. - Profile icon - The Profile icon for my profile, when I press it goes to a new screen, showing a menu on the left, and my online status on the right etc. However in the middle is a spinner progress ring, and nothing ever loads. The menu on the left also does not work, and pressing the button to manage my avatar, shows a context menu, but when I move the controller off of the button the context menu disappears, so I cannot select it
PTC v83 - All Apps empty - Filter selection not available
I got the PTC v83 update today. When I go into the navigator and all apps, I see no apps listed. I can see the apps when I go to search. I believe when I was using the previous version I had the filter selected on "apps with updates". I believe this setting has carried over and I am unable to find where I can change the filter for the all apps screen. To resolve this I need a way to change the filter or remove the filter that was on the apps screen.PTC v83 Settings has Stopped
Just updated to PTC v83 and have a persistent problem. Quest 3 starts up in passthrough, then after a few seconds I get a dialog box announcing "Settings has stopped". The only option is Close app. Double tapping on the headset cancels passthrough and reveals my homespace. The new menu system is there, I can see all my apps and the haptic feedback triggers when I try to start one, but nothing starts. None of the other menu icons work, apart from home, which goes to passthrough. I tried a restart from the boot menu, but it hasn't altered anything. Multiple normal restarts led to one occasion where I could start apps, but now back to the useless condition.
