Cannot Make Purchases. "Request cannot be completed until further actions"
Basically when i wanted to make a purchase, I couldn't, and this message kept popping up saying "Request Cannot be Completed until Further Actions." Probably because I entered my pin incorrectly like once or twice. But Now i can't buy games on my account. Hi, I know the answer may already be in the forum in some form based on what I've already read but there are so many permutations on this issue I want to be sure I get the right answer for my specific situation. My son setup his quest 3 with his meta account. I presume this makes him the "admin" for this device. Since then I have setup my own account and set it as a supervisor/parent account. It's not clear if my son remains the 'admin' for this headset or if it's me now that I'm supervising his account. 1st question: is it likely that my son is still admin on this headset? We've both been able to log in and use the headset with both our accounts. 2nd question: i want to buy a new app (bonelab) that my son wants. Should I purchase this through his (assuming he is still the admin) account or my account? I want to ensure we are both able to play the game on the headset. Some of my reading indicates I should use the admin account and enable app sharing to be able to do this? Is this correct? 3rd question: can I change my account to be the "admin" account, rather than my son's, so i can manage and share all future purchases? Thank you. So if we get a failed purchase callback how are we supposed to know if the person was charged? Because we assumed if it was a failed callback that meant that the person was not charged. However we did get a failed callback and then got contacted by the person saying they didn't get the item (we handle giving the item in the successful callback) They were able to provide a receipt showing that they were charged. So how are we supposed to know if a failed callback actually charged a person? We do have API calls to determine if the user has purchased Addons (IAP), but I have not found any method regarding the game itself. Hy, i'm trying to implement an in game currency for my vr game and i'm curious if meta supports it on its API i looked into the docs but did not found anything that would solve my problem, i understand that we can create products and that i could create let's say a "100-coins" product and handle that on my app/game. But my point is how would i handle the balance in my game, i understand that i could save it locally or on a database but i was hopping that meta's api provided something to manage the balance of in game currencies, anyone has any experience on the subject? Hello. I just bought the oculus quest 2, and the first thing I did when starting is to buy the Beat Saber through the oculus store (the store inside the headset). In fact, I was playing him for about an hour. Then I stopped and continued configuring things like linking oculus to the computer, enabling the air link, etc. Later, when I put the headset again, I saw that the interface has changed (now the buttons layout has changed and I see icons with colors when they were all gray before) and suddenly Beat Saber does not appear in my library (I don't know if this may have something to do with it). However, in the Oculus home desktop application I can see it, but if I start it, it says there is a problem and it cannot connect with the headset. I've been reading that the Oculus Home apps are actually for Oculus Rift and there are games like Beat Saber that are not cross-play.
