Monthly Report misses dates in August
Hello, We’ve noticed occasional delays in report availability - for instance, as of today 22 August 2025, the archive does not yet contain the files for 13 Aug, 15 Aug, 18 Aug, and 19 Aug - some days are just skipped. We would like to receive these updates daily. In June, July, there were no such issues. Does anyone have a similar issue? Ideally, it would be great to get access to app purchases information via API.Unable to make purchases
Whenever I try to make a purchase from the app on my phone or from the headset, it just sends me in loops, asking for my payment method, confirm, ask for payment method, confirm, ask for payment method…. I checked and none of the transactions went through, and I tried both PayPal and a credit card. I recently wanted to play the Game Bonelab on my quest 2 ! My parents are totally fine with me playing 18+ games since I myself am 17 and turning 18 soon. However my account is entirely restricted for 18+ games ! I already set up the parental controls with my mom‘s Account to disable the function and give me full access to the entire catalogue ! However, whenever my mom disables the restriction, the option is immediately re-enabled when you leave the menu ! My phone app got spammed with „your restrictions have been disabled“ notifications, however the changes never apply ! I also am unable to even send an approval notification for any purchases overall, so there is absolutely no button to even press ! Well, now my Mom gifted me the game over her account, because we thought this maybe worked better. But the activation code just gets rejected with the same „you aren‘t 18 yet“ response… What can i do ? I have full approval of my parents as I said before… We followed all the guides on the websites, doing everything step by step. She wants to play Beat Saber so I purchased it from the store and gave her permission to use it, but in her headset it just says “Request sent.” I’m sure I must be missing a step, but I have no idea how to get her access to this game. Hi! I'm adding in app purchases in a Oculus app using Unity Oculus plugin. In order to measure monetization, I want to log purchases in some third party analytics services. Most of them request the price amount and the price currency in ISO 4217 format ("USD", "EUR", "GBP", etc.). I don't know how can I obtain this values using the Unity API. I found this methods: CAPI.ovr_Price_GetAmountInHundredths(IntPtr o) CAPI.ovr_Price_GetCurrency(IntPtr o) The problem is that I don't know what I need to pass as "IntPtr o" parameter. I tried to use the native message used to construct Product and Purchase classes, but it didn't work. It looks like there are not implemented as Price class doesn't exist. In other way, maybe I could take some json receipt than it can be deserialize with this information, but I don't know where in Purchase class I can get it (any the json format if it exists). I don't know what Purchase.DeveloperPayload and Purchase.ReportingId fields are, as they are always empty (at least using test purchases) and there is no documentation about it. Hey there! context: we are currently preparing to launch a subscription for our game. We already have a bunch of DLC / Add-Ons available as durable one time purchase items. The subscription will be an alternative way to unlock access to the entire library of add-ons. We will still continue to offer single purchases though. Question: We wanted to double check the following behaviour: if a user purchases and owns an Add-On SKU, then subscribes to get access to the rest of the Add-Ons and then at some point cancels the subscription again, will they still own the initially purchased Add-On? This seems like pretty straight forward, expected behaviour, however when querying some of the SDK functions to get the purchases even SKUs that were purchased regularly suddenly had an expiration date assigned to them. We just want to make sure players don't lose access to purchased Add-Ons / SKUs when the subscription ends as this is something we can't easily test with test users (would have to wait until the end of the subscription period...)
