I'm not able to purchase games and apps
Hello, I Just got an Quest 3s on christmas, I have it set it up and I played around with some of the pre installed stuff and some free games, but for some odd reason I'm not able to buy games on the store. I tried two different cards from the same bank on the Oculus itself, the app and a laptop and none of them worked. The desktop and app both gave an error along the lines "unable to add payment method" or "account restrictions error" I dont have any account restrictions at least i dont know of I follow the ToS, code of conduct etc. Is this happening or happened to anyone else?Microsoft Mixed Reality Link (Preview) for Meta Quest added to Microsoft Store

Whenever I try to make a purchase from the app on my phone or from the headset, it just sends me in loops, asking for my payment method, confirm, ask for payment method, confirm, ask for payment method…. I checked and none of the transactions went through, and I tried both PayPal and a credit card. I’d love to give you money in exchange for apps and games, but for some reason I can’t?
