PTC v74 Release Thread
Hey Everyone, The Public Test Channel (PTC) for Quest v74 started to roll out today for Meta Quest 2, Meta Quest Pro, Meta Quest 3 and Meta Quest 3S. If you're seeing an issue or bug after updating to PTC v74: 1) For issues: Go to our Get Help board and search for any existing thread on the issue, if you don't find one, make a new thread. Please add the tag "PTC v74" to the thread and in the title. This way everyone can look for just PTC v74 issues too. 2) For bugs: If you come across a bug, please post each one you spot in its own thread, to keep track of individual issues separately. Please make sure to also send in bug reports along with posting on the forums if you notice anything going wrong. Share your impressions in the comments below and let us know if you see any issues. We know it's tough when you run into a problem on a PTC build and want to thank you all again for testing out PTC and sharing your feedback! Here’s what to know: Check the memory on your headset: ensure that your device has enough memory to download the app. If your device is low on memory, it may take longer to download the app. Cellular networks: if you are using a cellular network, such as a hotspot, be aware that download times may be longer. Try moving closer to the router or switching to a different network if possible. Find a stable WiFi connection: make sure you are connected to a stable and fast WiFi network. Moving closer to the router may help improve the connection speed. Check for other large downloads: check if there are any other large downloads in progress, such as downloading other games or watching streaming services. These can impact the performance of your WiFi and slow down the app download process.

Why can't I use my quest 3s in the dark
Well I've got a quest 3s and I've heard that you can use them in the dark. I've tried it but for then it appears this pop up telling you to turn ok the lights that disappears 3 seconds later. While seeing the pop up, the hand tracking is perfect, even in darkness. But the moment it disappears, the hand tracking stops working. So, if the quest 3s is capable of tracking you in darkness, why I can't be using the menus in the dark just to watch a series.Account restricted due to several violations...
I own a quest 2 and recently purchased a used quest 3s from a friend. Ive rarely used either since buying them as I was hit with motion sickness. Also had spine surgery in April and list my mobility. Mainly I've been buying games and collecting interesting Free ones. Today I opened the meta app and accidently clicked on something and a popup stated that: My account was restricted due to several violations against their conduct in Vr experiences policy. And can't access world's. And to check my email for further details. Checked email, spam folder etc. Ive never received an email about any violations nor anything else. Ive never entered any worlds and only briefly played a fishing game i purchased. Tops I've played nor more than 10 to 15 minutes. That's it. How to I get this rectified and see the violations that occured and when? Im beginning to think my account was hacked. Help!!!
Worlds not available in uk
I have not been able to get worlds even though I live in the UK and everything links to the UK I have no VPN but all I get is that it isn't available but it gives me suggestions on worlds to play but can download or install on computer or vr it's states not available what am I doing wrong?
