Meta Store hasn’t shipped after 30 days, no cancellation.
I placed an order for prescription Meta Ray-ban glasses on July 7, 2025, with an estimated delivery date of July 21. It’s now been over 30 days, and my order still hasn’t shipped. I’ve received no tracking number, no shipping update, and no new timeline. I’ve contacted Meta support multiple times. Each time, a different representative says the same thing, that the order is “too far along in fulfillment” to cancel. Yet there’s no evidence the order even shipped. I’ve requested a cancellation and refund several times, and they keep refusing or ignoring the request. They respond with “we understand your request” and then nothing. I’ve now filed complaints with the FTC and BBB, and I’ve opened a chargeback. Hello, I just purchased the gen 2 Ray bans and when recording videos longer than a minute, the audio gets out of sync with the video. The longer you record the more it goes out of sync. if done all the resets and deleted everything and still problems. I even tried on another pair and had the same issues. I owned a pair of Ray-ban Meta AI gen 1 before, I travelled to Asia for a couple weeks. When I'm back the Meta AI not working no more. Recently, I just got Gen 2, I tested and same issues happens to me. I asked one of my friend add a device under their accounts instead to see if it works and it did. Hey everyone, I’ve had my Ray-Ban Meta Gen 1 glasses for about three weeks now. During the first two weeks, my videos were definitely in HDR, I could even see the “HDR” tag in the video info on my phone after recording. But for the past few days, that tag no longer appears, and the videos look flatter and less dynamic. The recordings are still 1080p 60fps, so performance is fine, but the HDR part seems to have completely disappeared. Has anyone else noticed this recently? Meta support chat told me to post on here however i am not sure where exactly this would go, Maybe a moderator could move it or provide an email address for support I can reach out to. I want to buy the Gen 2 Wayfarers in Matte Black, size Large. No combination of Matte Black Large is available with RX. The shiny black frames, and shiny blue frames in large have an RX option. I was informed that all large frame (wayfarer gen2s) have the same sized lenses. I've using Rayban Meta Wayfarer gen 2 for a couple of months, and I use the glasses as a bluetooth audio device for my Macbook, every day in the office when I connect the Macbook via bluetooth, the glasses always read the device name, very loudly, like "The audio has been connected to Abraham Macbook", when is playing this audio, the volume can't be adjusted. It would be a huge quality of life update if I just can select on the app, every time I connect to a new device, just play some sound effect or just a blue led blink, but without reading every time the name of the device. If I connect to my Macbook and I forgot to low the volume first, every teammate of my department would also know I have successfully connected my glasses to my computer.
