Amazon Music stopped working on Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 glasses
As of a week ago, Amazon Music refuses to work on my Ray-Ban Meta glasses. If I ask the glasses to play a song on Amazon Music, the voice announces the track is about to play on Amazon Music, but nothing actually plays. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps such as reinstalling, re-connecting to Amazon Music, etc. Nothing seems to fix it. I have a Rayban meta GEN2. When I tried to use Meta AI app to connect to Instagram, it only supports photo and video sharing option without the message option. I have another gen1 paired with iPhone which was totally normal. I tried to use Meta AI with my glasses to send a message on Instagram. But it always saying “ that app isn’t supported”
AI Safety Glasses
I manage a team a field service technicians who constantly use their phone for the camera to take before and after photos of projects. If they had AI safety glasses they could say hey meta take a photo without the need to stop working and get their phone out to get a picture. I would love to see safety glasses incorporate AI technology to maximize work efficiency. I hope this helps and I hope a solution can be implemented.
Anyway to delete photo/video in a group from Meta Ray-Ban Display?
It seems Meta Ray-Ban Display won't delete photos and videos I took after importing them into my phone like the other non-display models do. I can still see the media in the Photos app of the glasses themselves. I need to delete them one by one in the glasses, which takes a lot of time and effort. Is there any way to empty the space with just a few clicks or delete them in a selected group? If not, can the Meta team add this feature in the future software update?
Allow us to connect WhatsApp for Business with Rayban
Good morning fellas, I bought the new Meta Rayban yesterday and I find them much better than the old ones I only have one problem, from the settings you can connect a Whatsapp account for messages etc etc, the problem is that I use Whatsapp business and it is not possible to connect them to this app. The assistance confirmed it to me and told me to write a post here with a request to the developers so that they can make this whatsapp business also connectable. It would be enough to give the choice once you click on “connect” between one or the other whatsapp in my opinion. Does anyone have the same problem as me?
Wayfarers. Won’t force restart. Followed many videos. Does not do any of the LEDS it’s supposed to.
Yes. They are charged to 100. In the app before “forget device” from Bluetooth list as I wanted to reconnect them. Charging case plugged and unplugged type c cables 3-5 times quickly to reset. Glasses. The common turn it of hold the shutter and turn on trick that works every other time does not. Matter of fact no leds flash. Only time now that it flashes ANY color is a white light while it’s inside the glasses and only while holding the shutter button. Blinking white light. Glasses inside the case. Lid open. Holding shutter button. I’ve watched many videos. Nothing has worked. I stopped using them 3 days ago. Yesterday I pulled them back out. Didn’t work. Thought maybe they didn’t charge. Nope. Not the issue. No lights on glasses. When I dock back into glass case for charge steady orange light comes on. Then disappears after 10 seconds or so. No other light comes on. please help.
Found Meta Glasses
I found a pair of Meta glasses at the beginning of the year, and I would like to find the owner. I'm just not sure how at this point. I've tried contacting support and the automated chat said it'd send the info I have to the support team. But is there any other way someone might know of to find the owner information with the glasses? im a tour guide, so i mostly have people out of state/country on my tours so posting on local forum could be a dead end. I am in a location where a lot of locals visit, the spot they were makes be believe it was someone who took my tour but I contacted all of them and no one said they forgot anything. I just really want to find the ownerMeta Ray Bans Suggestion
Suggestion: I have a hard time reading textbooks, and recently I have been using Meta AI to read a page to me (which is helping me a lot), however, it would be cool to have a dedicated way to have Meta AI read the book out loud without having to cover a previous page for it to capture the next page.
