How to fix Meta Rayban wayfarer in Nepal
My Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses Wayfarer is not turning on. There is no power light blinking, although the charging case has power while charging. How can I solve this problem in Nepal? I am currently in Nepal, and there is no official support center for Meta Ray-Ban here. It seems Meta Ray-Ban Display won't delete photos and videos I took after importing them into my phone like the other non-display models do. I can still see the media in the Photos app of the glasses themselves. I need to delete them one by one in the glasses, which takes a lot of time and effort. Is there any way to empty the space with just a few clicks or delete them in a selected group? I setup my Ray-Ban Wayfarer Gen 2 glasses with my iPhone and I am stuck on the Phone setup. I have the meta AI app on an iphone and just paired my meta wayfarer glasses. I was able to setup everything except in the communication section of the app, there's the "phone" section, when I click on "connect" under the Phone setting, it says "set up messaging". I opened my phone Settings and tapped on Bluetooth, I turned on "Show message notifications" and "Sync Contacts" like it asked me to. I then retuned to the meta AI app and clicked continue. It just pops up and says "turn on bluetooth settings" again. I tried unpairing and re-pairing but the same issue is happening. Hello, I'm new here. I have the Meta Gen 2 Skylar glasses, purchased October 2025. Starting this morning, the AI interface is not responding to questions. If I say "Hey Meta, what's the weather?" the wake sound plays, and the light blinks, but I don't hear anything. If I go back and say "Hey Meta, I can't hear you," it repeats the answer to my question, clear as day. If I don't say that, it never responds and I don't hear anything. Regular audio, like from music or social media plays normally. I have tried hard restart, unpair/repair, uninstall/reinstall the Meta app, recycling the Bluetooth connection, and factory resetting the glasses. None of these have worked. I have my RAY-BAN META WAYFARER - GEN 2 connected to my Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. They are less than 3 weeks old I am having an issue where the audio, whether playing music, announcing messages, using Meta AI or receiving notifications, sounds very distorted, even at low volume. I ordered a pair of Gen 2 prescription Meta glasses with transition lenses and anti glare coating. This was reflected in my confirmation email. I received glasses with the correct prescription, but no transitions (or, I assume, the anti glare coating). When I go to the order details page under my account, it does not reflect that I ordered transition lenses. And the support chat insists that I did not order them.
