Can't redeem Virtual Desktop referral credit
Hi, I'm having an issue with a referral for the app Virtual Desktop. Over 14 days ago, someone used my referral link to purchase the app. Now I can see the "Referral Accepted" status on my end in the mobile app. However, I cannot redeem the 2€. I reached out to Meta Support via email to resolve this. They are now asking for the recipient's full name and email address to verify the transaction. The person who accepted the link doesn't want to share their personal data with me to pass along to support (and frankly, I wouldn't want as well). All I know is that they properly purchased the app and the discount was applied. They didn't refund it. I know it’s a small amount, but I'd still like to sort it out. Has anyone else experienced this specific loop with support? Any tips on how to proceed? Screenshot from app:

Hello, I didnt realize my quest 3 referral bonus had an expiration date. It apparently expired Nov 30. I was dealing with a family matter from early oct until just now so everything else basically slipped from my mind. I had ~$24 left in credit. Is there any way to get an extension to that? Thanks,
Quest 3S referral accepted but no wallet credit received
My friend accepted my Quest referral link before purchasing a brand-new Meta Quest 3S. This was his first-ever Quest headset. He then purchased the headset and completed activation, but neither of us received the referral wallet credit. It has now been more than 7 days since activation, and the referral credit has still not appeared in either Meta Wallet. Could you please review this referral and apply the wallet credit manually if everything checks out? Thank you for your help.
