Oculus 2 not showing on account
My son is playing on his Oculus as I am typing this, logged into his account, playing his games. However, he bought a game that is not compatible with his Oculus (I am Security). So I am trying to arrange a refund for the purchase, but when we click "refund" it says there are no devices on this account!!! How do we get past this as the website wont even let me add his device onto the account. Thank you in advance for any help/guidance.26Views0likes1Comment
