17 days and my paid for quest 2 order is processing
17 days after I paid for my quest 2 and it is still processing. I have wrote to customer service 13 times and they keep saying they are checking in and will get back to me. This was a gift for a friend whose bday has already passed. I asked for a refund or to cancel the order and they said no. I am not sure what to do. I love VR but customer service is killing me. So, I just got my Quest 2 yesterday and purchased some games with it. I did not like one and was trying to return it. The only way to do that is to go into "Settings" in the companion app. I have looked everywhere in the companion app and cannot find that option anywhere. I watched some youtube videos about the process and it appears that the folks that were demonstrating the return process used a different (presumably older) version of the companion app. I can see my purchases on the oculus website, but AFAIK there is no way to return them there. Hi ! I bought the Quest 1 on August 6 (last month) for my birthday. But then, today I saw the announcement for the Quest 2. I would like to know if it's possible to return mine, and get a refund (or at least the 100 € of difference) to let me the opportunity to pre-order the Quest 2 ?
