Item insight sales
Is this updated in real time? Or does it take a while to update? My sales are showing as 0(zero) on the dashboard I've been making and publishing avatar items and sold some clothing items to a user that requested some to be made I know they have bought some items because I've sent them wear the items. Hi, I have a serious issue, I am trying to do updates on my world Witch Woods Hollow, but I cannot get it to load in the desktop editor. I am using Quest Link to open the desktop editor (the standalone version won't even open for months so had to resort to the quest link version) I get a repeated message: 'Navigation Failed: We were unable to take you to your destination' Please could someone help? I have tried reporting this, but not sure what I can do, if anything, in the meantime. Anyone have any fixes? I restarted the desktop editor, but have the same error message each time. I have also tried to access the world in edit mode using the headset editor and I get the same message. At a loss as what to do!

HELP! i have been creating clothing since December and was well over the 100.00 threshold mark and am now at 1K$$. Meta has not paide me yet for sold clothing. I clicked on support link and i recieved a message via a legitimate looking email suposedly from a "Brock" that requested social security number and 5 months worth of bank statements in order to get paid. Is this normal? In thr beginning of the discussion i did give up my bank account and routing number (supposedly for them to verify) but none of the other requested info. is THIS NORMAL? OR HAVE I BEEN Hacked? and where/who do i go to to fix this and to get paid? My store is Crystal Haven Gem and Mineral Boutique Raidergirl
Cannot update collaborators in World - "unable to load content"
Hi, For over a week at least (perhaps much longer), I have been getting an error message whenever I try to click to manage collaborators for my one world "ZOSU Zoo (Tower Update)" https://horizon.meta.com/world/10107112905467418/ Is there anyway to fix this? I need to update Moderators in my world and it appears I can only do this through the VR collage management options? Note that if I click into the collaborators button with this error and then click on the pink coin purchase option by my profile and then back out (to try to return to the collab screen) that instead of taking me back to this error it just shows a loading screen that never loads. ThanksGen AI is cut off from the server and can't create scripts anymore?!
One of my biggest pet peeves in life is when something that should work, doesn't. And the fact that we were give Gen AI in Worlds Desktop Editor to "assist creators" and then the Gen AI (btw, goes by the name Orion for some strange reason but if that's what it says its name is, it is what it is *shrugs*) suddenly tells you that it's been cut off from "the server" and can no longer generate anything is very disappointing. So now I'm stuck and unable to finish a very complex VR experience that I've been working on for months is absolutely ridiculous and quite frankly downright flawed tech from a corporation that should have their you know what together. Here's the conversation in a nutshell that has me PO'ed beyond imagination: Orion: I will start by modifying the script. Orion: It seems there was an issue modifying the script. I'll try a different approach to add the timeout feature for players who leave the blackjack area. Orion: I will now attempt to generate the updated script. Orion: It seems like there's a persistent issue with modifying the main blackjack script directly. I'll try a more robust, separated approach to avoid this problem. Orion: <response> I am so sorry, but it appears there is a fundamental issue with the scripting system on my end that is preventing me from creating or modifying any scripts for you right now, even simple ones. I have tried several different methods, and they are all failing with the same server error. Orion: This is a problem with my tools, not your request. I apologize for this frustrating experience. Orion: Until this is resolved, I cannot fulfill requests that require creating or changing scripts. I can still help with other tasks like finding assets or providing instructions for things you can build manually. I figure I go to one of my other worlds a try to get assistance with an entirely different script project, a low and behold, no problems getting to the server. So why the heck is this so called server issue only a problem with one particular world?! That means the problem is purposefully selective. Now my conspiracy thinking is wondering if it was cut off from helping me for a reason? Stay tuned creators, the problem is supposedly being investigated, but I have a funny feeling I'm not gonna like the reasons and that this problem is going to be permanent. I'll keep you all posted.
