How to contact meta support as a developer?
I'm part of a small indie studio and we submitted a game to be reviewed for app lab 7 months ago. Nothing has happened and the game is stuck in review. We've had no communication from Meta, and we fear that something has gone wrong during the review process and the game will be stuck in review forever. How do we contact Meta support as a developer? Is there an email, phone number, website, ANYTHING we can use to contact them? problem: I attempted to turn on developer mode by creating an organization on the Meta site. And then when I went to my Meta Quest mobile app to turn on developer mode in device settings, it said that the Meta Quest 2 was "not found" and "not connected". Because of this, I cannot open the device settings. in June 2022, I got a meta quest 2. recently I got a new computer. I wanted to play PCVR games so I went to the meta website and found that all of my components were compatible. and on SideQuest, it said that I needed to enable developer mode on my phone app. So I went to the developer page and made an organization thing in order to access developer mode. on the meta phone app I then went to devices to fully enable developer mode only to see that my device was "not connected" and if I tapped on the headset icon it would say that it is "not found". I made sure to connect them to Bluetooth, the same Wi-Fi network, as well as reinstalling the Meta Quest app and restarting the headset. I have previously posted about this and i am confused about the reply. We are struggling to hit the 4 second requirement for AppLab submissions in Unity 2019.4.7f1. Our app takes around 8 seconds to hit our empty scene except a canvas image and some text. Upon testing a sideloaded standard empty URP project with the Oculus SDK it takes longer than 4 seconds just to get into an empty scene with nothing but the default URP and Oculus SDK assets!! A splash screen seem to doesn't improve this at all either? - Worth noting that we are still needing to use the Legacy Oculus VR SDK as we need to remain cross-platform with SteamVR for the PC client. I was wondering how it's possible that apps like Superhot and Beat Saber have managed to have a logo above the three Quest loading dots. And if that's something we would be able to set up for our app and would be appropriate to meet the VRC.Quest.Performance.3 criteria? Hi! I'm creating quest online app by myself. As i understand from docs i should register my quest app before i can use app ID for creating rooms. But i can't create app because it's not exist in platform section. I've read somewhere(don't remember) that i need get quest developer access for it. Originally posted in support until I found out about the developer forums. When plugging in my quest to my laptop, while in or out of developer mode. I never get the prompt to allow file transfer. Game Engine: Unity 2019.1.2f1 Oculus Utilities v1.36.0 OVRPlugin v1.36.0 SDK v1.1.22.00 I've been working on a Quest experience for a while now, and when I arrived at the office this morning to test a new (completely unrelated) feature, my dev build loaded with only a single controller using the Oculus Go controller model, which I found weird. I added a debug.log statement and asked it what product the device was (using OVRPlugin.productName), and it prints "Oculus Go". I have full positional tracking, and if I press a button on the other controller, the system shifts which hand is active and deactivates the other. So, it somehow realizes it's a Quest, but it tells my system it's a Go anyways. ADB recognizes the device as a Quest, so it's something software related. Hi there, I'm using SceneManager.LoadScene() to switch between scenes in my Unity build for Quest. The title screen works fine, but then as soon as I trigger the scene change the game gets stuck on a black screen. Any idea of what might be causing this or how to fix it?
