Quest Pro controllers constantly fail to track
my Quest Pro controllers just will not track reliably, theyll be backwards and upside down more often than not, and trying to turn them off and back on again doesnt even work because they either go right back to just being as useless as before, or they just wont turn back on again. At this point my Quest Pro may as well be a paper weight it useless672Views1like5CommentsOculus Link Sync Issue with Quest 3: Video lag behind head movement
I've found a bug with the Oculus Link software using the official link cable and Quest 3. Every time I try to play some relatively demanding PCVR titles or enter some heavy worlds in VRChat, after the computer stutters for a few seconds for loading, the headset tracking and the streamed video feed go completely out of sync. The frame rate in the demanding scene after loading is high and smooth, but the video feed in the headset is a bit delayed relative to my head movement, resulting in an extremely nauseous experience. Even after I quit the demanding game and returned to Oculus Dash, the problem remains, and the video feed is still delayed. This bug can be reproduced consistently. Reconnecting the Oculus link briefly eliminates the problem, but the delay happens again when I try to load scenes. This makes the Oculus link unusable. Any solutions? Hi everybody, I just bought a brand new meta quest 3. The right controller drain battery extremely quick I have tested to put new batteries and after the same time (controller stored not in use) the right controller have obviously consumed much more battery the the left one. I continued the test with other batteries brand and the result remain same. One other noticeable thing is that the right controller have on its bottom an area that become way hotter that the left one. When finally powering up with a brand new battery, it says that the battery is low and it is unable to update. The controller is unusable, no button react and tracking just don’t work. Can someone help me to figure this out ? I have tried to factory reset the controller it but noting happened. I also tried to remove battery, unpair-repair but nothing changed. thanks for your help143Views0likes3CommentsQuest 3 controller pairs but not working at all

I have had the meta quest pro controllers since 2023 and they just started acting up a while back, recently they have been having a about 11 inch offset Infront of my face and when doing a 360 they try their best to stay in the place. But the thing is that I can still move it forwards and back it's just very inconvenient and very hard to do anything. If anyone knows a solution to fix this, I would be delighted if you could leave a reply. Thank you!79Views0likes0CommentsOculus Rift controllers not working in-game after update
6/11/2024, allowed Meta Link to update on my PC for my Rift CV1. Everything still works until I get into a game. Once I enter the game, the Touch controllers are not detected when moving, and in the game they are at ground level and will not move. The Oculus button still worked, and I could use the controllers to select quit app, but they will not move while in a game. So far I re-installed Oculus, but did not delete all the hidden files. I updated my Nvidea drivers to the latest 555.xx version.Solved68KViews38likes222CommentsQuest Controller problems using Air Link and Link Cable.
I have a very frustrating problem. I have been using a Link cable and sometimes Airlink with my Quest 2 for months. Recently, the controllers (which work fine normally when playing Quest games) have developed a strange quirk when playing PC games. I can no longer extend my index fingers or thumbs. I can grip but when I lift my real index fingers and/or thumbs, the virtual ones don't extend. This happens with Link cable and Air Link, so it's not the cable. I have tested this with two Quest 2 headsets (with two sets of controllers), on Link cable (with two separate cables) and with Air Link. Mine aren't working in the Oculus Home environment. Perhaps it has something to do with a recent update but then I would expect more people to be reporting this issue but others, including Nera123, Sotalo and Arkiefox, have also reported this problem recently in this forum. My Oculus app (on PC): Oculus app version 40.0.0.105.333 (40.0.0.105.333) I recently bought Lone Echo II. One of the first things it does is ask you to extend the index finger to push a button. I can't do it. Annoying!!!Solved19KViews1like4Comments
