Warranty Transfer
Hello all! I recently sold my Meta Quest 3 and if I understand the Terms and Conditions correctly, I should be able to transfer the extended warranty to the new owner. Is there a way to do this? I've been round and round with the support website with nothing there being able to help me, and I asked on Reddit and was directed here. Would love some help please!
Transfer from old meta account to new meta account
I made a new account for my Quest 3, I didn't realize I could transfer the old account at first. I'd like to take everything from my old account called NakoXOXO and put it in my current account called Nako_XOXO. Please help I bought stuff in my old account
Problem transfer recording from Meta Quest 3s to PC
Hi, I recorded a session in my Meta Quest 3S that I'm trying to move to my PC for editing and use in a project but can't get it to work. When I plug in a USB-C cable I get the prompt in the headset to allow my PC to see files and I can see it in the Explorer on my PC. When I click on the headset in the Explorer it's empty even though I can see the recording under Files in the headset. I've tried different USB-C cables with the same result. Any ideas?
