Email verification sent to test account?
After creating multiple test accounts and using these to test our games for over a year, we are suddenly facing a strange process that we cannot figure out how to solve. When you as a developer create test accounts, you can set the prefix, password and pin. Before you could always sign into an account by inputting a code in meta.com/device The issue now is that when you try to add another profile, a test account in this case, it send a link the user needs to confirm. How are we supposed to accept a link sent to a test email?
Organization verification took too long
I submitted request for organization verification 7th, April. The site says that Meta will review submission with 2 work days, but it does not show any result until now (29th, April). Our Game's last version has a bug which affects players' experience, we are eager to submit the latest version to Quest App Lab. Could anybody tell me when will the review process produce results? Thanks.
Can't verify Meta Quest Developer Account
I am trying to publish my first game on to app lab, and it says my organization needs to be verified. However, I've tried to verify my account by uploading proof of ID several times, and each one gets denied, saying "There's a problem with the photo you submitted. Try submitting it again, avoiding glare on the ID and ensuring all the edges are visible against a solid dark background." When the photo is super clear, and everything is fine. Can anyone help me? As subject, I lost my developer account and can't verify again. Once I logout from app Meta Quest, I found that I lost my developer account when I login. I tried to setup two-factor authentication but I can't recieve SMS although waited for few minutes. Even I tried different phone number. Can anyone help me but I wouldn't like to add credit card. Thanks a lot!!
Cannot complete Organization Verification by contact method "Email"
Hello Support and everyone, We tried to complete the Organization Verification process by uploading new legal document, we selected contact method as "Email". However, it always gives error message "There was a problem saving your changes. Please wait a few minutes and try again." Is that any way to make it work please? Thank you.
Not Sending and SMS code to any phone!
I've been trying to get a developer account for my app but I need to verify my account. In order to verify my account I need to get a 6 digit code number through text but your system is failing to give me a code. There is no error message or anything when I resend a SMS code. I've tried multiple phone numbers, and waited hours before my last attempt and now I'm getting a message that my account my get restricted for spam?! I wouldn't be spamming if I got a code. Please Help!! MetaQuestSupport
buisnes verification issue
I was trying to verify my buisnes and it took about 2 months to get back and when it finally did it said it was wrong because i had to include phone number verification, but the problem is that there is no way for me to verify my phone number because theres no way to link it were i am. and i cant verify my email because i need a website with a custom domain name but i dont want to have to pay for that. can anyone help?
